can i flash the new android lolipop firmware without losing any of my pictures apps, music ...etc using flashtool

I want to install CM11 on my XMD C2004 but I don't know how to do that. I have full root using Towelroot. Can anyone please tell me how to do the same? I have my bootloader locked. Please lemme know the step by step procedure. I'm badly in need of it. I haven't installed any recovery or anything like that.
