I dunno my firmware is from which region..So i wanted to ask ya'll that, can i flash a stock firmware/rom/ftf file which belongs to another region/county??will it brick my fone or not?

I want to install CM11 on my XMD C2004 but I don't know how to do that. I have full root using Towelroot. Can anyone please tell me how to do the same? I have my bootloader locked. Please lemme know the step by step procedure. I'm badly in need of it. I haven't installed any recovery or anything like that.
