Is my bumper fake??

When I bought my N4 in February I also ordered a black bumper. The original bumper recently broke at the usb port. I tried to glue it back together, but it just never fit right again. I was recently gifted a white bumper by a friend who bought it on ebay, but I've noticed some differences in the packaging....enough differences that it's made me wonder if this is a legitimate official bumper made by LG. Take a look and judge for yourselves.
1. No LG logo on the front
2. No hologram "Official LG Accessory" sticker on the back
3. No Google logo on the back
4. Both bumpers are the same model number, although they are clearly different
5. The font on the back of the white bumper's packaging appears to be slightly larger than on the other package (or maybe it's bold)
6. The grey colored paper insert is a shade or two lighter in the white bumper's packaging.

Yeah, that packaging of the white one looks similar to my replica red bumpers. You can also tell my the material that's used, my real bumper feels more premium than my fake red one.
So chances are, your white one is fake.

Well, at the price I paid (free) I can't complain. And I've got to hand it to whoever made this...If I hadn't noticed there was no LG logo on the front of the insert, I probably would have never known it wasn't real. They really went all out trying to make the package (and bumper) as close as possible, and the packaging is so close that if I didn't have one I knew for a fact is official I definitely wouldn't have known either. The TPU material does feel slightly more plasticky on the white one, and I noticed a few spots that weren't glued so I took the liberty of fixing that before it ever went on my phone. I should mention, though, my black bumper was missing glue in the EXACT same spots.
Whatever...like I said, I can't complain. And it still looks just as sick as if the bumper were real I love the color contrast!!!

DBrand for HTC One M9

Hey people, it's Moomoomania here. Realized no one has really seem to have gotten a DBrand skin for the HTC One M9 and uploaded their results so I thought I would share you with mine. First and foremost, my apologies for the crappy camera shots as I just took these photos in a span of 30 seconds (with my Nexus 9) so they're definitely not professional to any extent.
Moving on... I would like to say that this skin has definitely gotten people complementing me on the phone and asking how I got it etc. as it looks much much MUCH nicer in person and the texture is also nice on the hands. Gone are the feeling of metal but I kind of prefer this in a sense as the "sharp" metal feeling (you know what I'm saying) was beginning to become a displeasure to my fingers. The only gripes I would have with this skin was adding the camera cut-out vinyl-thing made it super ugly (so I did not add it) and I had difficulty aligning the HTC logo and the cut-out for the camera; you can see it's not perfectly straight. I would most definitely recommend anyone to purchase the HTC logo for a buck so you can align the camera cutout more pefectly and whatever slight imperfections you have with the HTC logo, it would be covered by the HTC logo pieces you have bought.
I'd like to see other peoples skins too if anyone here have gotten theirs too!

I am usually not a big fan of debranding and even my protection case is fully transparent to show off the beauty of the M9. But I've got to admit that this looks REALLY nice! Congrats, mate!

Hey man this the dbrand skin im currently running on m9, i had the same for the m7 and the m8 aswell. The only downside was i noticed when placed in to the case it kinda ruined some edges but other than that its been fine.

Looks like you have a couple of blemishes here and there around your case but overall, I think it looks nice. I was about to get the carbon fiber skin but I felt like it wasn't too "hipster" so I opt-in for the mahogany skin. I had to look up on Google to see what the mahogany skin looks like in other pictures as the dbrand picture doesn't really do you good

Wish they didn't stop doing full one piece backs, it was so simple to apply them. I have OCD with lining up at the antenna strips lol.

How does the s7 5.1" gold looks in person?

I'm about to order an S7 but I can't decide about the color.

I still like the black, but i wouldn't mind carrying around gold at all.

Get the gold if you already didn't. I got one and I really like it, you will not be disappointed.

The gold is more of a silver in person. It looks really nice

I have it, traded my black one in for it. Love it, always pick a white phone but this gold phone with a dbrand back in black is killer.

Yeah, i was confused when i first saw the gold, thought somehow the silver s7 was coming to the US as well. I had to pick it up and move it around in the light to really see the gold.
That being said, i got the black. Sexy as hell, and the ugly ass fcc numbers on the back are actually hidden better imo.

i got the gold s7. it looks better for me. my friend said it looked like an iphone but im not sure about the comparison.
i held the black one but it really doesn't feel premium for me. i'd say check the demo units on the store and decide.

Just saw the demo units, the gold version is the best looking one IMO...
The silver one was too bright for me, maybe if they had gone with a darker tone it would look better. The black version just didn't look premium enough as you said.

I actually ordered it some hours ago but still had time to change my mind about the color since the page I ordered from has to do some weird process of approving the payment (which takes a loooong time)

Dark Brown Leather - Nature Series Slickwraps

It arrived yesterday to New Zealand, it feels incredibly soft and is starting to weather well. fits mostly to the edges - a little overlap at the bottom, but I pulled it off while applying due to it not sitting right so I may have stretched it. Most of all, it smells amazing!
Very happy with the quality and the colour suits my Gold Platinum Note 7

I saw this glow in the dark thing. Is it legit? How long is it going to last?

Natural series of SlickWraps are not plastic, I've had a bamboo and a leather. Both were real materials, really great experience, however, bear in mind, leather will obviously change a colour.

Very easy to line up, I used the camera cutout as a guide, but it was slightly askew at the bottom so before I smoothed it all down I pulled it off, the adhesive is very sticky and it was already stuck firm after gently placing down so as I pulled it up I think it stretched a bit. After I put it back down, the bottom slightly overlapped the phone, but its wearing it with usage now and is hugging closer to the phone.
On the previous 2 phones I used the tip of a Bic pen (without the ink nib out) to run across the sides and push the leather into the curve, and on the Note 5 I used a hairdryer to help it bend in, didnt need it on the note 7

Ya, black is looks good but the chrome looks ok too, kinda.

Definitely Chrome (unusual+classy+useful mirror+no scratched paint+less heat under the sun) [emoji4]

Will get the black one, to replace my Nexus 6P.

Pre-ordered the black one. None of the available pictures really show what either of them looks like as if seeing them in person. I was interested in the Chrome one at first because the pictures made it look good. But in reality, after reading several reviews from those who have held it in hand, it is basically like having mirrors on the front and back. Too distracting...too much "bling" for me. So even though the Deep See Black is certainly reflective it has to be better than the Chrome. Even the official Sony Mobile site makes them look more matt than highly reflective. Can't wait to see them in person.

Hardest decision I have to make in my life haha but leaning toward the black one cuz it looks like it shows a blue hue in the sunlight

Is the black one painted, is scratches and dings along the side will show silver? That might be one benefit of the silver. Still debating....

Went with the Chrome one. Ordered a clear very thin case for it. All the color look really nice. Difficult choice.
