[Q][Solved] No SIM detected, no IMEI, no baseband version. Please help! - General Questions and Answers

Hi! I have GSmart Aku A1 (mt6589 phone) and I'm desperate. I installed CWM ported for this phone and worked perfectly then I installed a later version of CWM which wasn't ported for my phone. I rebooted in recovery mode and I think that new version of CWM crashed and my phone rebooted in Android OS. when my phone booted I saw that SIM is not detected, no IMEI and no baseband version, but MAC adresses works and serial number is known. I tried to edit IMEIs (doesn't worked), I flashed stock /system (again not worked) and now I need help. I don't think that my NVRAM is corrupted (I have a complete NVRAM folder this means no missing file). Also I tried MTK droid tools (pttycmd1 NOT found) and MAUI Meta 3G (it does nothing, doesn't let me to "Download IMEI"). And yes, I tried to send an AT command ("AT command failed to send").
Please help me!!!

Maui Meta 3G tools will definitely work for all MTK devices if the phone is properly configured to the computer.
Anyway, check if this works: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2460232

Solved in service
Now when I have this problem I use my backup of nvram.bin and nvram partition from /data. I made it with MTK Droid Tools and Root.

[Q] Formatted NVRAM using SP Flash Tool, what should I do?
Phone: Micromax A89 Ninja
Processor: MTK6577
Hello Gys Sir, this is my first post as I could no longer find any
solution on the internet. Hoping some experts could help
I accidentally formatted the NVRAM of my phone using SP Flash
Tool. Because at the time of formatting I didn't know what NVRAM is.
[Problems]
1. Now
my IMEI's are lost. Although it is still possible to restore them using
some methods(I used Mtk Engineering Mode, Mobile uncle tools, Maui Meta 3G).
2. A NVRAM Error Warning msg with Wifi signal created in wifi adapter setting.
3. If I Wipe deta of my device or re flah Stock ROM or any Custom Rom many Games and apps Doesn't run with a message Unfortunately 'apps/games' has been stopped. (like Root Explorer v3.1.5)
But none of the methods I have found were permanent. A simple wipe/data factory reset from CWM
Recovery removes it instantly. Is there any way I could restore the NVRAM, or at least make the restoration methods
permanent? And get rid of Wifi NVRAM Error Warning msg. Also can smoothly run all apps and games. Please help me I'm in big trouble...

[Completed] [Q] Bricked phone. I need help!

My Gionee elife e6 mini/walton primo x2 mini/allview x1 soul mini is stuck on boot logo. I suppose that happend because i modified build.prop for games compatibility and after that i overwritten the file with the original one. My phone is rooted but didn't install CWM. Already tried to wipe data from stock recovery and adb but if i select update from sdcard my data is still there. I tried a few versions of SP Flash Tool but i encountered different errors like: "scatter file is legit" or "error 8038" or "PMP ROM". If i try to fastboot the device the phone reboots and stuck to logo but if I type "fastboot devices" nothing happens.
Can somebody help me?
Thanks in advance!

Hi,
Thanks for using XDA Assist if you have not done IMEI backup then the only way is taking device to Service Center Do not use IMEI Backup file from any other device of same model it is illegal and also every device has unique IMEI no so kindly take it to your nearest service center
Good Luck!

NVRAM restore didn't work for me, in my case.
I have to turn on the RADIO signals first. My phone shows Radio-Off in mobile uncle tools MTK Android menu. It never turns on, when i press that button. MTK Droid tool & SN Write Tool are failed to solve my problem, Unless
I got the SOLUTION ?
SOLUTION is;
I have Complete Format Flash the phone (y520-u22) in SP Flash Tool, Reinstalled the firmware from scatter file, then Flashed CWM Recovery using scatter file, then Wiped All phone for Fresh Rom Install in CWM Recovery, and finally Installed the ROM (update.zip downloaded from official website *************111 version) from external sdcard using CWM Recovery. (Phewwwww) ?
New Rom also had the NVRAM and IMEI problems, but i noticed that Phone RADIO-ON. ???
Result: The solution to problem with my phone was to Turn on the Radio Signals.
After doing this, your method to fix IMEI just worked like a charm ??

download link pls ?????

Hello, I have a problem with my Lenovo A369i. I rooted my device and tried to install ChainFire and plugged the battery out and inserted in. It had stuck on bootloop so then I tried to flash stock rom to it via SP Flashtool but the "Download" button didn't work and said "Error 4032:Enable DRAM failed........." so I clicked on "Firmware Upgrade" button and phone worked (Build number ROW_S111_140522) but it doesn't detect SIM card (IMEI codes are invalid and I could't fix it from engineering mode "AT Command Send" didn't work) and camera doesn't work also (not so important for me though) how can I fix it guys ? Soft bricked phone MT6572 kitkat 4.4.2

Hello, I have an X27 PLUS chinese phone with MT6572 processor and kitkat 442. I rooted him with Kingroot. Then I wanted to flash twrp. Аnd here I made a mistake. Since I didn't have a sd card, I decided to flash the TWRP directly on the phone with "Easy Magic TWRP" 2.8.1.0.
After the flash, it showed me that the installation was completed successfully. But the phone is already in boot loop. The only thing that works is Fast Boot. But I can't flash the stock image recovery file, it tells me that the flash sector can't be flashed (or doesn't support flash). I have a backup made with the help of Droid Tool and SP Flash Tool. The problem is that the flash tool cannot connect to the phone.
I have all the drivers installed, and before flashing the TWRP, the phone was recognized by the software.
Is there any way to solve this problem?
Ps:I am writing in the forum for the first time and I apologize if I am not in the right topic.
