xda orbit problem?

Hi everyone i purchesed the o2 xda orbit 2 days ago and all has been well untill about 15 mins ago. I was brousing the net using IE with wirless connection to my router. Put the phone on the table and went away for 10 mins came back and it wouldnt connect back to the internet so i swithed off the phone by holding down the off buttom until it asks to switth on and selected ok, then i pressed the on button to turn back on, the blue screen came up with the bubble and the red numers and stuff, then just when black but the yellow light that blinks to tell you its got signal was still blinking. I tried removing the battery then restarted but still the same. Now i have noticed it will start up with the charger pluged in but as soon as i unplug screen goes black I plug it back in again and it comes back! the battery is currently 60% charged.
Any help would be much appriciated.

opps never mind solved it! silly me god know how this happened but the setting for energy saving for screen brighness was turned right down! silly me sorry for waist of time.

Weird reactions on my Sensation. Urgently help needed.

Hello guys.
I have my Sensation and I did (100% correctly) its S-OFF, I install the touch recovery which worked fine, I even try like 4 or 5 ROMs until I get to AOKP Build 40. Then one night suddendly my phone turned off, I've tried to wake it up powering on but it did like a small vibration and the screen did a small blink, so I think it was the battery with low charge. I put the phone to charge connecting the charger and sometimes I see the orange led static, sometimes it blinks, sometimes it turns off almost immediately and sometimes it get static in orange (charging) and in a while go to green (charged 100%). By pressing the power button just a few times I has powered on, sometimes it freezes in AOKP logo, sometimes it pass it, enter into Android and then freeze, but almost everytime it never powers on, it just make small vibrations like every 4 seconds until I put the battery off and when I connect it via USB sometimes the screen blinks like if my phone is trying to turn on but something is preventing from doing it. Right now the last time it turn on was like 2 days ago, from that day it just do what I've explained. I've tried to power it on, VolDown+Power, etc. and nothing.
Can anyone tell me what happened to this phone? Some people told me is a software matter, some tells me is the battery. The thing is I have no idea what it is.
I have used XDA and Google like a demon and nothing. That's when I do the thing I hate the most: Make a thread.
Please help me on this, I need that phone returned from the state it is right now.

can you boot to recovery?

Is it a stock battery or anker battery? Sometimes the battery doesn't sit tightly on the contacts, place some paper between the top of the battery and the housing. I have never heard of your problem before but I have dealt with bad contacts and they have some similarities.

[Q] galaxy tab 2 10.1 dont charging

i have this tablet for 1-2 years i using it for my school .. i didn't charge the tablet for a week and i put the tablet to charge at night and it didnt charge its just showing the battery for 2-3 seconds and then turning off and it doing that in a loop what is the problem ? (if i connect it to my pc its connecting and disconnecting all the time )

Same problem left for over a week now won't turn on or charge. Grey battery icon appears for a second with the circle icon and disappears. It does not charge and cannot do the volume and power recovery.
I've opened it up and disconnected the battery and checked the voltage and it is just over 4V, so the battery is ok. ANd as previous post says when plugged into pc it just repeatedly tries to connect. Iv'e installed Kies so the drivers are ok.
Anybody any ideas.

Come on guys, someone must have an answer, even if it's " It's a brick".

I was using tablet, I came home, put tablet on the desk, and when I look at it after a while, blank screen, and when I try to start, same problem.

weired issue.. screen goes blank

Hi.. first of all my English is not good..
I usually take good care of my phone.. it just fell down accidentally some days before from about 2 foot height.. I am running same setup before and after that fall.. even some days after the phone went down there was no problem.. but suddenly a wired issue poped up since 3 days.. I didn't notice the issue when the phone is in standby..
issue is
screen suddenly turning off itself.. but phone is working.. I hear lock sound, I get calls, SMS.. everything.. just screen won't light up..
but when I hold power button phone reboots and screen works..
if it's a hardware problem, how the power button reboot solves it ?
I tried stock and had same thing..

N5 turns off with no warning or error

Hi ! Since 4-5 days, my Nexus 5 randomly turns off with no warning.
Any idea where to start troubleshooting ? I'm clueless.
The only hint i got is, that it seems that the turning off happened at roughly same time.
I cannot turn on the phone if it happens, it boots but turns off immediately.
Could this be battery related ? I noticed today that after pluggin in the phone to use 'adb logcat', the phone booted and showed only 8% battery, but before the phone turned off, the battery was at 60-70%.

After the powers itself off, connect it to a charger to see if the led flashes red. If it does flash red, the battery is completely depleted.
It sounds like a battery problem if it happens on a stock ROM.
