[Q] Android OS 4.4.2 - Killing Battery on Nexus 5

Dear Users....I have 2 Nexus 5 at my home....both are having vanilla/default Android 4.4.2 installed. However, one of the phone is rooted as well as unlocked and the other one is not. But, today, I noticed that Android OS is taking only 5% of the battery in the later (un-rooted/locked) device however, on the other one (rooted/unlocked) Android OS is around 40-45%.....
Please confirm as to how can I make it stop? Will locking and un-rooting will gonna help in any of the way?
Kindly guide me to the relevant thread in case if the same has been already discussed/resolved before...
Factory reset worked for me.
wilco...resetting the same right away....

[Completed] [Q] Sunshine not working on htc one m8

What's going on guys. I bought this unlocked att htc one m8 a couple of days ago and was hoping to switch the cid/mid to T-Mobile. However, while I did get the boot loader unlocked along with rooting it, sunshine keeps saying error and makes me exit. Can anyone help? I'm currently running an insertcoin rom could this possibly be the issue?
P.s. Ever since I flashed insertcoin, I haven't been able to flash any other roms. So if anyone could also help with that it would be a big help!
Hi
Thanks for writing to us at XDA Assist. Your best option here is to use the live support on the Sunshine site.

[Completed] T-Mobile JUMP: sending back rooted phone

Hi everyone,
I'm on the jump program with T-mobile and am sending back my One M9 because I got a Note 5. My M9 is rooted, S on, TWRP and running Android Revolution.
I tried going back to stock using a guide on xda, but it is not working (I had used it in the past to update the firmware, but the nandroid used is for a previous firmware version).
I am resorting to sending it back as is, with a stock-like rom and rooted. Will they even check? What happens if they have issues with it rooted?
I have seen other threads but they are old and there is a lot of conflicting information.
Thanks

Hello and thank you for using XDA Assist.
We cannot provide technical support nor can other members reply to your posts here on XDA Assist but I see that you have already reposted in the correct M9 forum at http://forum.xda-developers.com/tmo...ing-rooted-t3194470/post62680623#post62680623 where others may be able to advise you. Since T-Mobile devices are unlocked, I would suspect that T-Mobile won't care much about your firmware as long as the device hardware is intact, but only they know for sure.
Good luck!
