Ok brother,
Go to systemUI /res/drawable
Find image with name toolbar btn bg nor.9.png.
Edit it to whatever you want.

Navbar Apps is pretty cool.
Use gestures. So much better than nav buttons.
Gestures suck/are too slow (imho!). Navbar Apps to the rescue (not perfect but better than grey shizzle) :good:
