I don't think so, I just think it's aftermarket launchers that allow that, maybe I'm wrong though.

Hello everybody i acually running cm10.1 android 4.2.2 anyway i need some answers please
1st : i wanna change the background of my notifications bar (not the color but the background itself {wanna add anonymos picture in it } )
And the second problem is that i wanna change the LockScreen icon to unlock the device (Wanna make it a alien picture ) so if anyone can help me plz i be very happy

Hey guys i am using microfire v3.1 and able to mod the status bar but now facing difficultty on removing toggle button background
I want to remove the image or make it 100% transparent which is behind the toggle buttons

Ok brother,
Go to systemUI /res/drawable
Find image with name toolbar btn bg nor.9.png.
Edit it to whatever you want.
