You have to consider this: WARNING: Android 5.0 Bootloader and KitKat Compatibility, and that the first Lollipop versions may be a little bit "buggy".
For more information, please post in this thread, or in the Moto G Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting forum.
About unbricking your device, I found this:

[Completed] Moto G No Service

I have a MOTO G from Wind Mobile (XT1034)... I put cyanogenmod on it and I was not getting service. I put it back to the stock firmware and now im still getting no service and it says XT1032 when I plug it into my computer. I think I installed the XT1032 stock firmware instead of the XT1034... Can someone help me or tell me how to get service?.

Hello,
You can do that but to avoid getting weird issues, it is recommended to download latest version(2.8.6 from Here)
Alternatively, I would recommend you to create a XDA user ID so as to reply to this post, It would also help us with providing further assistance.
