Flashed last night, network coverage for 2nd sim was very poor, replaced modem.img from kk_s005 update and it's working fine. as u have mentioned, browser fc, app store in chinese, no local themes and ringtones, instead of sim name it shows no service for both the sim(screenshot attached). rest i'll review later.
Nice rom, buttery smooth, best battery back up, very nice camera......

Cons:
1. Signal Reception is Very Bad, both Sim randomly searching for network. (Screenshot Attached)
2. SuperUser is Very Slow. It Count 5 Second every time for every permission. (Not A Big Issue)
3. Memory Needs to Be Swapped. Phone Memory is showing as Default External Sd Card. ( @avi3230 please Provide a Patch for Swapping Memories Please)
4. Default Browser Freezing (Not a Big Issue)
Conclution:
Miui Fans will Love this Rom. I will keep it as my daily use Rom. Perfectly Crafted.
This rom is perfectly ported and All Features Working Well.
Overall Score I will Give to this Rom is 9/10. ;-D

About the cons
1. now ur signal reception is working properly after using new modem.img?? thanks to @sachin.r.fulzele sir.
2. superuser in MIUI is like this which is provided by xiaomi itself.
3. please check the storage again. for me its showing correctly.
4. for browser i already told to use any other browser. :good::good:

dont change build.prop by any means
it will lead to misbehavior and may cause bootlogo stuck or bootloop in animation. (Belive me I already tried it)

Same poor signal problem again by Flashing this zip @avi3230. don't know the signal strength for 2nd sim as I am using single sim in Sim 1 Tray.

worked for me, the signal strength is very good now...
is there such a fix for wifi signal too? im getting pretty low signal strength....
@avi3230 another problem which only i seem to be having is fast battery drain..... other users reported very good battery backup, but in my case the rom drained 47 percent battery in 2 hours(constant usage of wifi, screen was on almost all of the time since i was looking the features...)
another question... how do i switch to art runtime on this rom?
Enable quick root permission in MIUI v 6
This will install a new quick superuser on MIUI 6. Because most user who use root apps frequently will not have time to wait 20 second for default SU.
1. Download supersu attached
2. Flash from recovery or system update and select update package.
3. Open supersu (after reboot) it will not detect root.
4. Now go to security-> permissions and give it root permission only once.
5. Update su binary if prompted
6. Now supersu will prompt to grant root access to your app so no more wait.
don't forget to press thanks button if it is useful to you...

@aaayush_singh Battery is giving an average backup for me... @avi3230 you can see the mobile signal network at last in screenshot. flashing the Modem.img zip didn't work for me, after that i replaced modem.img with stock kk and got problem resolved.

i just installed supersu from play store, gave it root permissions, and updated binary...works fine for me......

With this ROM build, I will be leveraging @stas2z's work as much as possible. @stas2z's ROM is also contending for the MIUI contest, and I'd like to see him win. By making minimal changes to this ROM build, we will be contributing to the activation count on MIUI servers.
That does have a side effect. IQ446 is a device with hardware keys. Because of which, the qemu.hw.mainkeys is always activated for the base ROM. You need to either always go and deactivate it or else, stick with Ultimate Dynamic Navbar
But there's some good effects also. By not fiddling much, we can leverage the system updates that @stas2z releases. Be careful though in your updates. Always assess the changes before you apply. And as usual, take a backup first.
I'd also like to mention the help @vizhigal has provided. This wouldn't have happened without his contribution. Thank you.

* Select EBR1 and map it to the file you downloaded
* Select EBR2 and map it to the file you downloaded
* Click on Download
* Now connect your device while it is still switched off.
* If everything goes well, you will see the green circle in SP Flash Tool
* Reboot to recovery again.
* Format /data, /cache
* At this point you could Restore your backup or do a clean Factory Install
* Once phone is booted back, verify your storage.

Yes. It is. It does need minor tweaks in the build.prop though. The current ROM that is listed under the downloads has those tweaks.

No. But they are shipping with Android 4.2
And its really difficult to read the page using translate.
Thanks bro.. this rom is good & luking like apple iphone soft. But one more prob 2nd sim network is not working along with sound prob.
I'm switching to stock rom right now..I cant help you to solve this prob as i'm not a developer as you r. thanks for your hard work.

Thanks a ton @somberi. This is great news. This weekend has been great for me too. I just got (as I write) another build of MIUI (Lenovo A820) ported onto this device. And sound just works. Need to test the rest of the stuff.
With this whole MIUI porting, it has been a great experience learning all this stuff. I have been an android user since 2009 (Galaxy S GT-I9000) but never fiddled around because GT-I9000 had an awesome developer base. I am too happy to have learnt these stuff. Though sometimes painful, they were fun too.... THANK YOU to @somberi and @Dark4Droid (Sam Solomon).

Yes, my friend reported it to me. Currently I'm on stock rom. Will have to find out the libs in the patch causing it.

I don't recollect well but I see my initial post stating camera as working. That'd mean I did test it.

The Rom is multi-language but doesn’t yet have a complete translate for each language, however it is very straight forward and easy to use!
The 3G works only on SIM no.1.
What I've missed?
The advantage would be to have the MIUI V5 UI!

great rom as I checked the official MIUI site but I'm dealing with a problem. Everything good regarding finding all the files etc to proceed with this update but when I go into MOBILEUNCLE MTK TOOLS & press REBOOT IN RECOVERY MODE my phone restarted in a recovery mode but only options to choose are...
-REBOOT NOW , INSTALL UPDATE FROM SD, INSTALL ADB FROM SD, WIPE CACHE & WIPE DATA/FACTORY RESET.
If you please know why there are no more options let me know, I want this ROM so much : )

Hi,
it seems that you dont have a dedicated recovery yet (e.g. clockwork mod) and missed two important steps given on the site linked above:
2 . If you have not already done so run the root with eroot.
3 . Reboot the device into recovery (if you have not already installed used Mobileuncle Tools). Here are the links to download the recovery:
Recovery for Zopo ZP990.
Recovery for Zopo ZP980/C2/C3.

my device is ZOPO C2 & is already rooted but as you read there is no ''install zip from sd'' option so I can't proceed. When installed clockword mod & run it, says that my device is not listed. Still searching fro solution ...
You need to download recovery and "update recovery" from mobileuncle tools. In GizRom post you can find recovery download link.

Everything good regarding finding all the files etc to proceed with this update but when I go into MOBILEUNCLE MTK TOOLS & press REBOOT IN RECOVERY MODE my phone restarted in a recovery mode but only options to choose are...
-REBOOT NOW , INSTALL UPDATE FROM SD, INSTALL ADB FROM SD, WIPE CACHE & WIPE DATA/FACTORY RESET.
If you please know why there are no more options let me know, I want this ROM so much : )

installed it yesterday, 1st impression is how beautiful & solid looks. Great looking icons, system apps & smooth working interface. Battery consumption looks great too. My Zopo C2 is brand new, only 2 charges, 1st day of use with wifi ON & downloading many apps & updates still 88%. There is a problem with installing system autoupdate. ROM recognizes that there is a new update ( MIUI 3.10.25 weekly build ) it downloads it normally but when the phone restarts & trying to update it says: Signature verification FAILED & the phone reboots. These for now, once I experience more I leave my comments.
On first page you can find an update: New MIUI V5 Rom for ZP980/C2 and C3 with 100% Italian/Spanish/French/English/Chinese language support!

Well first impressions are quite nice. Very stylish rom with nice tweaks.
Original launcher resembles too much iOS, and not that customizable, so i my self use nova launcher.
Battery life seems to be similar to original ZOPO firmware, for me 1.5 - 2 days of work.
Bluetooth, wifi and gps works great. dual sim-card also functioning like it should.
second sim-card dont support 3g data, but that is the same on ZOPO original firmware.
Bugs found so far:
- You cannot define in Camera settings where to save pictures. On phone or ext. sd-card. Now whats weird, is that camera saves photos on sd-card, but when you click (or scroll left) to open gallery, it shows phone memory. So you cannot browse recently taken photos, instead you need to go to gallery through menu. a bit annoying.
- Another thing with MI stock camera is that you cannot disable sounds on it. So in result everytime the camera focuses (witch is alot), you get this annoying plimp sound.
FIX: To resolve these i installed silent camera app, witch seems to know correct place of photos and does not make any sound at all.
- Another minor bug is when you select indicator led colors. Settings just crashes every time you change color for specific indication.
I have not found any fixes for this. But this is not that important anyway.
Overall i like it. I think i will stick to this ROM. Much nicer then zopo original.

Thats weird. I have always over 700mb free ram. Only when i open a lot of apps and settings i get it down to 450.mb. So its all in the apps. Forgot to mention. I have 2g/32g version.
I think updating through ui it self wont work. You need to flash it. The newest release is on the first page, no?
For "Signature verification..." bug try to re-download package and repeat operation (install zip from sd card).

i have a Zopo C3 32gb
the new one V.31025, i can't unlock the screen if i have a simcard into the phone :/ it reboot instantly after a short freeze.
if no simcard the rom is good, all work well, i tried to install it from a fresh V15; v15.1 or v16 from gizchina after a full wipe not successfull, i tried with simcard on slot 1 or 2 with two different french opérator (SFR or Bouygues) no success. if u have an idea ?

With some test I can say that on Mi4 :
-Video recording is broken (but can be fixed using one+one camera app)
-HDR picture doesn't work with stock google camera
-Good picture quality
-Good sound quality (better than MUI with headset in my opinion, in fact I use a jack-tape adapter in my care and sound is less saturated for higher volume)
-No random reboot on this device (contrary as Mi3 wich reboot in deep sleep mode)
-No unlock with menue keys (contrary as Mi3)
-USB OTG working
-Wifi and bluetooth working perfectly (and MiBand is compatible)
-MMS not send while using wifi (normal but MIUI is capable of auto switch between Wifi and mobile data for sending or receiving an MMS)
The last but not the least :
On Mi4 it seems that maximum CPU frequency is lower than normal (Mi3 users have 2.3GHz and they run 2.3GHz on lollipop), I'm not sure if it's 1.1GHz or 1.7GHz max on Mi4 but I tried several overclock apps wich allows me to get 2.5 but only when they are open, after frequency automatically switch to a lower frequency (tested with stress test, and observed with cpu spy). So it seems impossible te get higher frequency on this device.
Anyway wit such low frequency Lollipop still smooth to use.
If someone managed to make it run higher that would be nice to know how.
And you what's your opinion about this port?
I flashed Lollipop 2 day ago. No problems at all, except the camera bug but I'm using one+one camera and I don't have any problems. Regarding the frequency, I hope Ivan will fix it even if the device runs very smooth (more than Miui 6) also with the lower frequency (it could be an advantage for battery saving). Maybe picture and video quality could be better but except this I'm very satisfied with this rom.
I hope the same, that would be perfect to have a fully working Android L on our devices. MIUI is not smooth at all in balanced mod. And with android L everything is smooth with lower frequency. It seem that MIUI is only good with high frequency CPU...
lollipop issues
I found some issues like wifi stop working and its hard to reconect this also applies for celular network like when using a elevator (normal), the signal is gone but after you leave the elevator it keeps without signal for a while.
Improvements reboot to recovery and screenshot would be nice
The volume widget is usefull but if you could add a volume icon in the notification bar would be awesome. (Also be able to modify this icons wold be nice)
Sometimes the gps keeps turned up even with no apps using it
I dont like voice commands or voice talk to write so i disable but when i disable after reboot if keeps active strange.
But beside that a ****ing awesome rom to my opinion the best one

Hi, It's not spamming, no problem guy, I was spamming Mi3 sections about flashing these roms on Mi4.
Basically yes it'll boot on this device but only if you first get a perfectly clean phone (No miui installed and full wipe performed), let me explain, I hope to be clear :
- I managed to flash the previous build without TDB and makes it boot, but I had got a bunch of FC (not efficient wipe) and Gapps where not present even after flashing micro Gapps.
-With TDB enabled, installing CM12 result on non booting CM12 (bootloop or trying to boot on MIUI but with bootloop) and totally messing my MIUI rom on system 1. Plus messing my sdcard (all files placed in a folder called (0)
The biggest issue with flashing CM12 build comes from CWM recovery, I guess all the CancroCM team should start by working on a perfect CWM recovery. Because the ones we actually have (furniel and donbot's one) :
-Are not able to dual boot MIUI and CM12 (as it's an alpha an I only have one phone I use it as daily basis so I can't afford to always restore it, I need a perfecly working rom too)
-Are not able to perform any wipe (cache, dalvik, data) this results on not working rom (doesn't flash rom or rom get into bootloop at first start)
So if your team have some time to check it that would be perfect. I really hope you'll do something for a perfect CWM. Because I love CM (more than MIUI) and I really appreciate your work that's why I want to test it but I need to keep another rom.

Oh but if only system 1 is supported that means that there is a script on the zip file that force flash to system 1 right? So that may be why I was thinking that wipe with this recovery wasen't efficient.

- Flash it through NEW recovery mod "TWRP" version 3.1.1-0. You can find it HERE ;
- If you come from Android 6 official firmware, flash the TWRP recovery through SP Flashtool;
- Download the ROM from the specified link;
- Copy ROM on the MicroSD card (or OTG).
- Enter into recovery.
- Go to "wipe" and sequentially carried wipe the following: "Date Format" (write "yes"), "factory reset" and then scrolling down to "Wipe Advanced", select "Dalvik/ART cache", "system", "cache", "data" and "internal memory", then swipe to confirm!!
- Go back and go to "Install", navigate the menus until you find your ROM previously saved and flash it;
- Wait ~ 10 minutes;
- Once finished, the TWRP can ask you to install the TWRP APP in system. Please uncheck the flags to decline AND NOT SWIPE.
- Restart, and wait whitout touch anything. The smartphone will reboot itself 2 times. DON'T TOUCH IT!! After this, the first boot takes ~ 15 minutes.
- At first boot, we can get a notification of IMEI errors. Please, don't scare you, it's all right! Configure all normally and reboot. All will back normal after reboot.

Hello. First, I wan't to thank you, Cuvetto, for your time and interest in developing a new rom for our Paris
I wan't to report a bug. The mobile data conection doesn't work, that is, when I press for the conection, both sim's lost mobile network conection, jaming the phone. I need to disconect the mobile data and reboot the phone to reconect to the mobile network conection.

Firstly thank you for taking the time to develop this rom. :highfive:
Overall I can report not random crashes, no random reboots, quick and screen is more responsive than stock and overall very stable :good:
However did find a couple of bugs;
1. I do have the same signal issue as reported by @paristester. When the phone first boots it shows my network (3UK) in the corner with signal bars, 3UK on the Sim name and APN is correct. But after about 10 seconds all these disappear. Its not saying there is no Sim, just doesn't seem to recognise it displaying NO Service (i tried other networks and both Sim slots, but with same results)
2. Can not access the settings for the Hotspot to change name and password. An error message appears at the bottom of the screen asking if I wish to report it to MIUI

Same to me, it disconect mobile network conection when activate mobile data.(No Services is dispayed on the name operator)
Attention to the first start it deleted me folder Camera from DCIM on external SD (other folder from DCIM no) and no other folder on the external card (I' think) .Be careful and save yours foto from ext. SD
In the rest is very nice rom.

Yes, there is a problem with mobile data.
As soon as you activate them the "No service" label appears.
If you need any log, ask for them.
No problem with the rest of the ROM.

Have you got another sd card you can try, as I have no issues. Mine is visible in file manger and accessible
I don't have any spare sd card at this moment. I will check that later. However, in logs I can see that there was a problem with mounting this card. Neither reinserting nor wiping card take any positive result.

That situation happened to me too, but with a reboot the problem is solved.
Does anyone have a Miui account?
I have, and say no to send an SMS confirmation, I think the problem as to do with that, the Miui account disable de Sim cards if does'nt have a confirmation contact with the phone, I could be wrong but I think is it!

I did try adding a MIUI account, and also tried fresh install and added the details for a MIUI account in the setup, but unfortuantly had same result of NO SERVICE.
Maybe its a UK network glitch.
I put link to a logcat of my startup above, i hope someone can make sense of it.....

Yes, I can imagine he is on the case
Apart from the minor Signal issue and the unable to access the setting to change the Hotspot Password, I can find no other issues. Screen seems more responsive, quicker at opening apps than the stock releases. Certainly cant fault @cuvetto abilities :highfive::good:
How is the battery behavior?

Appart from the bugs reported previously ("No service", Hot Spot settings") I'm going to add a new one.
When you try to active "Find device" in MIUI Account appears the next message: "find device storage corrupted ....".
Otherwise the rom works great and very fluid. The battery last more than before.
I'm uploading now the new version of the ROM, named EPIC ROM-UNOFFICIAL_V2
NEWS & BUGFIX:
- Connection data: WORKING;
- Hot Spot settings: WORKING;
- Bluetooth device name settings: WORKING;
- Device administrators: WORKING;
- LED blinking on missing calls or SMS: WORKING (only white);
- Added new bootanimation;
- Fixed unworkings fonts;
- Set allow unknown sources ON at first boot;

1) Download it from HERE
2) Put the file on your MicroSD
3) Go on TWRP
4) Wipe cache and wipe dalvik/ART
5) Install the ZIP file
6) Reboot!
Many users ask for me about softkeys vibration. I think that we have a small battery on the Paris and this mod can increase the battery drain, so I don't want to integrate it into the ROM. I let you choose whether or not to have it.

Hey guys today i am presenting you to custom ROM for Micromax q402+ (cg sky)
This ROM is Specially made for Micromax Bharat 2 device, which is distributed by chhattisgarh govt to people of cg. and came with an subcidy lock app.Due to this app no consumer can unlock his/her device without jio4G Network. But work for same model no too.
I am not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards,
thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. Please
do some research if you have any concerns about features included in this ROM
before flashing it! YOU are choosing to make these modifications, and if

No Restriction to use Jio Network to unlock phone (no subcidy lock) But you need jio sim. (Due to Nvitem subcidy Locked)

Requirment
unlock your bootloader first -
install adb and fastboot tool in pc ,you can download here " https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2588979 "
put your device in fastboot mod- power off device then press and hold power button + volume up key for some time.
when your device is in fastboot mod go to c:\adb folder(adb tool are installed here)and press shift +right click and choose open command window here.
in cmd put this command to check device is in fastboot mod and unlock it

To flash recovery put device in fastboot mode then connect to pc, remember to recovery img extracted from above zip to c:\adb folder for easy

Installation Steps
download rom from below link and place it in your sdcard or external sd card. boot in recovery mode- power off device then press and hold power button+volume down key and then go got advance option
wipe dalvik cache
wipe cache
wipe data
wipe system
Then install rom zip and reboot

Volte not Working Sir
I flashed Rom v1.2 M50 Star on my 402+ Sky Mobile distributed by CG Govt. Everything is working fine as of now instead of VoLTE.
Network is showing. Internet also working. But VoLTE is missing.
Settings like enhanced volte mode are correctly set and there is no effect when changing preferred network to 3g/2g. Jio receives 4G signal every time.
In Testing menu, Preferred network type is set to unknown and volte provisioned is enabled. Changing both these settings don't have any effect and they revert to default automatically after exit.
Calling is working by using Jiocall App but i hate using an app for calling when phone is Volte enabled out of the box. Please suggest any solution or patch the Rom for volte issue.
By the way, thanks for this Wonderful ROM.

I followed the instructions but when I boot back into the recovery mode, I am stuck at the `Swipe to unlock` TWRP screen. I cannot do anything. The screen is not responsive. Pressing volume or power button locks the screen and I have to reboot the phone again. Or can you please provide me the stock recovery?

have you replaced your touch panel recently?.
your kernel disabled touch in twrp recovery but you can use cwm recovery

Hi thanks for the reply. No the phone is pretty new and the touch panel was not touched. I don't have the phone with me right now. I will try it when I get my hands on the phone.

sorry to tell you bro but there is no successful method to root android 7.0 without pc .OR you can simply Go to mobile store/technician near you and ask him for flashing twrp recovery only or you can borrow someone pc (friends).
you dont have to do much just follow this steps here or if you need i will make an video tutorial for you

Ok .. but i dont have this device so i will make test builds. You might be face some bugs but i will try my level best. Is someone near you ,want to sell his device (micromax q440 ) bharat 4. I m interested to buy(for rom port)
There is many roms for your device that i can port. You definetly love to flash and use as daily driver. Only problem is that i dont hav this device for bug fixing. But dont worry i will make for you

what is your current os Linux or Window ?
if Windows then which version ? 32bit or 64bit
first of all, uninstall all adb and spdtreatrum driver from your current windows from control panel (program and feature) or use usb deview (portable version) depend upon your current os type 32/64bit.
run as administrator (and select and unistall).
if your current os is win 10/8/8.1 or 7 then yo have to reboot in test mode (search google for how to boot win 10 in test mode)
means you have to disable driver signature enforcment.

then reboot again in test mode. this time it will recognize your device in fastboot mod

I have few questions about the ROM:
1. The network is restarting frequently after every few minutes. How to fix this? This problem is not faced in Stock ROM. Link for screen recorded video : https://youtu.be/by85zLwpnNQ
2. My mobile has got infected with two Malwares, "xhelper" and "fireway". Do you have any idea on how to remove them and prevent them from coming again. When i uninstall both, they install themselves again. Don't know which app is the real culprit behind them.
3. There is a system update. Is that for Custom ROM or the phone of which this ROM originally is?

i had removed my 360os Rom link from thread because of that virus. please switch your current rom to other.
do a clean install ,wipe everthing system,data,internal sd, cache even your extcard for safety.
switch your current rom to IDOS or Infocus Rom. The rom ported from qmobile is infected with virus(from manufacturer).

for 1st -delete all apn settings and create new one manually.
3rd . if you try to download that update it will never install in current os due to system modified. rooted and twrp recovery
