I'm nickylaw a big fan ... from a long time ago when i was holding "my so kickass at the time" htc HD i discovered this forum,
been reading plainty stuff and learning a lot, but i never participated cos you know, we are there but we don't feel like we know enought to talk about it, anyway. It's probably "le forum" for me, (yep cos i'm french ^^) that i visit the most, so much info and data ... Great Work guys !
So i was like , i should do it, cos i'm a in need of help, and why not ask those crazy guys who do all those crazy stuff with mobile on the internet if they could help it.
Here it is, my boss is saking me even if i'm on a leave ... had 3 month to do noticing, half way to it he decided to get ride of me ... anyway he is a dumbass. so i'm asking him for my overtime and so on ... and my sollicitor adviced me to found a piece of evidence of my presence at work ... and i'm thinking about the wifi ... tada !!! Cos i connect on the wifi at work with my mobile averytime i get there it could be it ... do you know if i can get this information from my galaxy S4 GT-I9505 , android 4.4.2 kernel version 3.4.0-2309103 ?

Yes...a BIG thanks to all and aspecially guys like mUnrus who spend all their time coding and compiling the latest goodies for us geeks!
I own a Trinity myself (WM6-GPS by LVSW), bur yesterday my collegue's Wizard needed an upgrade. So i said to the poor guy: "Whoa! Let's hack the darn thing and get you WindowsMobile 6"...
After some well spent hours on the forum and the Wiki for the Wizard i was able to determine wether it was a G3 or G4 device he had, found out how to CID unlock this baby and ultimately we picked our choice from the plethora of nice WM6 ROM's that's out here... After 3 complete ROM flashes and the SIM and CID unlocking procdure, we've got a beautifull Wizard running WM6 by mUn (the NotTooSmart fixed version) fast and smoothly...
The Sticky posts and the Wiki were all so helpfull and crystalclear, that i didn't have to go and ask nOOb-questions anywhere... I'm not really a nOOb myself, cause i'm pretty used to flashing my own phones every now and then with the latest and greatest, but a Wizard was a completely new cup of tea for me (with the G3/G4 versions). So it proved to be a bit more work than just a single flash like my own phones, but with all the great tutorials i never went wrong on a single step of the whole procedure... Great stuff guys!
So my collegue run's WM6 on his Wizard (which had the oldest possible ROM on there... :i guess he is a nOOb to this stuff...) as from now, and he's very happy with it...
Ofcourse i didn't forget to tell him to upgrade AS to 4.5 before he could re-sync his device with Outlook, and within minutes after getting home he messaged me that his Wizard was back in business.
So, GUYS...! I wanna say a BIG thanks again to all who made all of this possible! Like mUn (and the other chefs) and all people who write these great tutorials... !

Hi guys/gals,
I'm going to be getting a work mobile in a few weeks on the O2 network in the UK. I was thinking of a blackberry but then saw the XDA's (HTC). I don't really need a PDA but its a works phone and having excel would make my job a lot easier as I don't have a laptop but need some access to excel in the warehouse, as well as outlook and messenger when I'm out on site.
Now the 2 that's I'm looking at are the XDA Stellar (http://www.my-xda.com/devices/xda_stellar.jsp) and Orbit 2 (http://www.my-xda.com/devices/xda_orbit2.jsp). The problem is that they are just re-branded on the O2 network and I cant figure out which are the related HTC phones. So could someone tell me which are which so i can do some more research.
I have been reading review and seems the Stellar is a better PDA/phone as its got the slide out KB. But typical O2, i cant really tell what are the differences as one pages says one thing and the other something else.
Does the stellar have a touch screen like the orbit, with the same funtionality?
Both do Wifi and GPS?
can i get tomtom software for the XDA?
whats the battery life like on both phones? (I have heard horror stories when using 3G or WiFi with a sub 4 hour battery life)
Can u 'image' the OS and stuff like u can on a PC to back up everything? (i ask because I do like to have a play and its nice to know u can get it back to factory settings again)
any helpful links u peeps might have to gimmi a help deciding? reviews, guides ect ?
Sorry for all the questions. I really like the look of them but have never had a chance to use one so I thought i would be best to ask soem people who know the in's and out's.

no help but i sorted it out anyway. Stellar/TyTn II is the plan.
first i wanna thank all whoever helped or still helping dis forums to stay up and hopes forever inshallah .
i only want to say that since 3 owned ppcs , i stuck now on MDA or K-jam or wizard as u like to name it , from here and there i grabed many roms for my wizard and since i started using the kitchened roms and i have hiss and wishh on my bluetooth head set ( motorola H700) WHIH known as one of best head sets works on this ppc , firt i got this dis headt set i was using it on the t-mobile original roms and it was working good but now i cant really get it to work fine specially when i can hear all ppl i call vry well but they cant hear me as good as i can hear them and only hear my voice with wiishhh or hiis , so please if u guys has any help can offer and suggestion please dont hesitate .

Here it goes.. I bough an Iphone clone almost 1 year ago and i want to flash it.. the problem is that i only know its brand (its a Daxian x999+) and it has WM..
I dont know what tolls to use and furthermore wich OS is compatible... any help will be great
After a quick flick through the forums I'd say you wouldn't have much luck here, particularly as the main focus is HTC Phones. I don't know how compatible the hardware on your phone would be with anything manufactured by HTC. You could always try searching the forums with "Daxian" and see what you can turn up, there seemed to be a little bit of discussion but no real solutions.

I doubt very much, in fact im pretty sure, that you wont find any roms that will work with your device im afraid, your best friend here is google......

HTC touch 2 is my first smart phone, and many people told me different stories about smart phones, decoding, the reliability of software and many many more ...
so I'm quite afraid that something don't spoil the phone that I have only a few days ...

Pfff, that is quite a question......would recommend first you to check the Mega Wiki which is under "Touch 2 general" and for the rest read, read, read and learn.......
