[Q] Modifying bus clock frequency

Is there any way to check the bus and DDR memory clock frequency on any of the latest Android devices (ASUS Transformer Prime based on Tegra3, or Samsung Note based on Exynos 4212). Is there any way to set the bus frequency to a particular clock?

Help Recognize my Tablet

Hello All,
The problem is that I am new on this platform so I cant start a new topic so please forgive me that I am posting under this current one as it best fits my own problem too.
I have Purchase a China Tab from a Local Store and this don't have any brand mentioned on it. All that was written on the pack is MID Android 10" Tablet PC Android 10-inch High Resolution. But I have got issues with it...
PROBLEM
1. The screen is not well calibrated... I think because when it is not plugged to anything, along a line on the screen, I cant type anything, if I need to type a key on that part, I have to move my finger a bit to the left so as to be able to get precision.
2 Whenever I plug it to power or computer, the screen gets distorted and I think that is because of the current going over it.. but y?
3. I cant install some other applications from Market because it says "Your Device isn't Compatible with this version" (but i can use same app on my Tab when i download from pc)
AND CAN I UPGRADE TO CUSTOM ROM LIKE JELLY BEAN?
Using Quadrant Advanced, I have the info below;

[Q] Read GPU Frequency of Intel Devices

Hi,
I am working on a program which reads the current GPU frequency of Android devices. For example, Adreno GPUs have a standard directory of /sys/class/kgsl/kgsl-3d0/gpuclk. The GPU frequency of Intel devices seems to be a lot more difficult to find. '/sys/class/drm/card0/gt_cur_freq_mhz' works for a few devices, but not all. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Andrew

Tablet identification and alternate firmware Neutab X7 MT8127

Thank you for this forum! It has been very helpful for me to improve a number older tablets with fresh firmware from dedicated folks.
Now, I have an old generic tablet I am trying to save from the trash, and need help to identify it.
The brand is Neutab, specifically a Neutab X7. Amazon sold them for a while. A cheap KitKat tablet with Bluetooth.
Got this one in 2015(!) ASIN: B00RCA2OFK, listed as NeuTab® X7 7'' Quad Core Google Android 4.4 KitKat Tablet PC, Bluetooth, HD Dual Camera, 1GB RAM, 8GB ROM.
What is the right forum to ask for tips in identifying and building and installing a more modern firmware?
The device build fingerprint is alps/X7/X7:4.4.2/KOT49H/1418107401:user/test-keys
The MAC address starts off with 8c:84:01:c8 which IEEE shows as a "private" vendor.
Hardware serial number is RGIZSGDANZS47LSK
I did get Google Play on to it at one point, but now Google Play has constant "Unfortunately" messages.
CPU info:
