I have boot loop issue after rooting the phone and doing factory reset. When power down or restarting the phone goes in to boot loop showing android logo and repeat same process over and over. Even though I am able to turn the phone by pressing the vol up button while pressing the power key but it wipes data every time I restarted it. After searching web I have some one found the solution of the issue and I follow the same process and got rid from the issue which save me. Here is the link for it. Thank to thematrix49 from fido forums and champdood from xda forum.

i was downloading a ROM and a screen opened up asking me to reboot and to wipe and clear cache. i only hit the reboot button. so screen rebooted into liberty logo and just started to loop with the little bump vibration. so i started to read some of the forums for possibly bricked droid x and i came across something. it said to hold the power button and press the up button three times and then i held it. my boot animation came up for awhile and then the screen went back to black. all the time i'm doing this it's hooked up to my computer. Can anyone give me some help on getting my phone back to the way it was? Since i did these steps earlier my droid x keeps booting up and going through these steps: goes into boot animation and then to the liberty logo and then to black screen. i read that i can do a factory reset so i pressed the power, camera and volume button at the same time and what i think came up is the fast boot but it said : boot loader 30.04 battery to low but get this i had the phone charging all night so can anyone help with this complex problem. HELP NEED ASAP
Ok so today my triumph stopped responding so i restarted it (took out the battery). then rebooted. upon reboot phone shuts down and now will hang at the motorola logo for about 10 min before boots but will shut back down due to the battery being dead(but had full charge when this started). Dont know what happened. So i try to get into clockworkmod to flash backup. cant get into it. the only thing i can do is get to the recovery.img file(pressing power+volume down). Other than that nothing.
also tried to boot with power pluged in. it stayed on but would not respond to any touches or button press except the lock button.
I have cwm 5.0.2.6 installed and tickerguy's cm7.
never had this problem till today. Any help would be appreciated.
a new development has occurred. now when i try to access recovery, the phone will just vibrate without stopping.
and i believe its stuck in a boot loop but without recovery i dont know anyway to exit the loop.
Are you able to get into download mode (power off then simultaneously press power button & vol- (should show polling))
Sent from my Triumph using xda premium
Yes i am able to get to download mode
Well after some tinkering (replacing the recovery image, assuming something corrupted it) i can now get to recovery, still takes 10 min to load it though. But i am unable to do anything in recovery because i have to press the menu button to confirm selection but the buttons wont respond. Some help would be appreciated.
Just took the Lollipop OTA update from stock 4.4.2. Upon completion my phone rebooted and is stuck on the LG boot logo. I tried entering download mode (holding volume up button and plugging phone into computer) but my phone doesn't enter it. Attempting to power off the phone doesn't work either, since the phone just powers off for a second and turns back on to the boot logo. I tried factory reset (power + volume down) and after proceeding with the reset the phone is still stuck on boot logo. What should I do?

You can power off if you hold power button longer. wait till logo appears, and still hold, till it gone away second time, and hold even a little longer.
Turns off but still stuck at logo when turned on

After i flashed the Lollipop firmware, it looked like the phone got stuck with LG logo but i gave it good 5 to 6 minutes and all was fine. The phone just needed to breathe a little.
Hi Everyone.
Firstly let me thank all the android tech support people in this forum, giving the great advice for the noobs like myself.
My problem
I recently Factory reset my HTC One M8 and now its stuck in a boot loop. when i power the phone on it hangs on the HTC logo screen. When the phone is on the power button does nothing when pressed on its own. Sometime if I do a hard reset by pressing vol+ and power it goes past the logo screen to android is starting, optimizing app but once it runs through all the apps it hangs on android is starting, starting apps.
Things I have tried.
loading bootloader using vol- and power, doesn't work
Hard resetting using vol+ and power, turns phone off but again hangs on logo screen, sometimes optimizes apps but hangs there.
Connecting to computer and running ADB, ADB doesn't find phone due to not being able to put phone into debugging mode.
Entering fastboot mode using power on then when phone loads quickly pressing vol- and single pressing power, doesn't work
hard resetting and when phone goes black, trying to enter recovery mode by pressing vol- and power, doesn't work
anyone with any ideas?
any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Okay this is a weird one.
I was in line at a store and my phone just blacked out. It didnt restart again. A few days before I had this same problem but it restarted after I held Power + Vol Up + Vol Down.
The funny thing is I had flashed TWRP onto this device. And now that is no longer booting into.
I dont care about the data, Just how to get it working again.
You are not the first with that problem. With your posting 5 of the first 6 postings in this board are about not being able to boot TWRP or ending in a boot loop. You don't even need search to find them.
