I ran into some trouble...
I am currently running CM 11S. XNPH05Q. I followed the thread. http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...ostcount=10504
When my OPO goes to sleep. The screen wont turn on.
Note: Phone still receives charge.
I have to do a hard reboot and then it works. But as soon as I shut off the screen. The screen won't turn on until I do another hard reboot.
I am still able to enter recovery by doing this.
I do not know how to do the bootloader. Do I need any files to do this?
I also run the same rom with no such problem
p.s. I'm not rooted
Were you previously issuing a Lollipop ROM?

You've never had a Lollipop ROM on your device? What you're describing is usually a symptom of having the Lollipop modem on a KitKat ROM or the KitKat modem on a Lollipop ROM. By the way, the link in your OP is incomplete.

I don't know why that person has instructed people to flash Lollipop firmware before flashing a KitKat ROM, that's probably where your problem lies.
Flash this from recovery:
https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B98G0KTJwnBFM09OTEZ2NnVfekE&authuser=0
Then flash this from recovery:

Hello people! I had a problem installing CM 10.1 in my tf300t. First i try to install CM10.1 (cm-10.0.0-tf300t.zip ) with CWM. The bootloop was instantly and I try to install CM11 with TWRP but the result was the same. Sorry for my english! I wish to resolve this problem urgently.
P.D: The install was good in CM10.1 and CM11.

CM10.1 probably requires a different bootloader than the one you are currently on and CM11 definitely requires a different bootloader and TWRP version. If you are on the Stock V10.6.1.27.1 and V10.6.1.15.3, you can follow these steps to get CM11: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=48508679&postcount=7
If you are on a different, older bootloader, you must upgrade by flashing the stock ROM first.

You can find your bootloader by pressing volume down while powering on the device. It will appear in the top left corner.

Well it depends on your bootloader. You can only follow the steps from the post if you are on V10.6.1.27.1 or V10.6.1.15.3 or later. Nothing before that will work or CM11.

OK so you need to flash the stock ROM, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1697227, Version: ASUS Transformer Pad TF300T Firmware: V10.6.1.27.5 for your region. Then you can follow this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=48508679&postcount=7

Or you could mange a backup of your stock ROM to restore, which should be the first thing you do after installing a custom recovery.

i forgot which rom im on, but it was the latest Lollipop ROM that needs the firmware update. i know the rom has a updater in the About Device.
well anyways, i have dirty flash with this rom from the updater, and it was fine. today i wanted to updated again so dirty flash again, but then after it was done it just reboot into fastboot. and i have tried all the ways i can from searches, but still end up at the fastboot. now im stuck and dont know what to do.

Have you tried flashing stock rom? Since you are already in fastboot mode, easy to give it a try.
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img,
fastboot boot recovery.img ,
and copy the rom to the storage.
Just reboot into recovery and flash a ROM.

There's nothing to suggest that you've lost any data, just clean flash a ROM and boot it up.

so i would have to just put a rom in the same folder as the fastboot, then fastboot flash rom.zip?

No, transfer a ROM from your PC to your phone and flash it with recovery.

I tried many ROMs and I get an error massage.
Any idea why? Or what should I do?
Tnx.
If you want help you're gonna need to provide way more information than that. Which ROM(s)? Exactly what error do you get? What firmware are you on? What recovery are you using?

Iv tried many ROMs, all lollipop.
I think I have the twrp 2.8.5.1 now, and this is the error I get.
Tnx.

You don't have the correct firmware installed. For Lollipop ROMs you must first install the Lollipop firmware, I'm pretty sure that's in the install instructions for pretty much all Lollipop ROMs now.

Silly question... but why won't my phone update to newest CM through OTA? ( Every time my phone goes to recovery, it wont start the update process. )
As far as I know it's stock CM, rooted, but I have TWRP recovery.
I have to install the latest CM update through flashable zip file as a workaround. but if I want to sell my phone, I don't think most people know how to do that.
I believe you need the stock recovery for that to work.
