Fixed Yeah!
After several methods and hours of reading.. I finally found out what happened. When I purchased my p3113 tab I installed link2sd as I wanted to use my external memory. But after changing the setting to external storage... ( stop me if you have heard this before ) I realized that Samsung Galaxy does not support this function, So.. I deleted the app.
Little did I know that the setting in link2sd were shell commands that set environment variables in the system. so they stayed set to external even after uninstalling the app.
Installed link2sd and found the settings set to external... changed to internal. ( my new swapped external card.. see above ) and everything worked and everything began to install correctly. Hope this helps anyone with similar issues.
Thanks! I haven't had the error on my current fresh rom, but I did get the error on one of the roms I was flashing last week. I also did the same thing with app2sd, before learning it wouldn't work.
If you're hurting for space, backup everything and perform the sdcard/extsd swap, it works great with a fast class 10 card!

[APP] [Link2SD] Disadvantages of Linking Apps and Games

First of all, I would like to give a special thanks to Bulent Akpinar, the developer of Link2SD for providing us such a great app. I had been using this app for a long time in Moto E when I was still using the stock version 4.4.4. I had a great time with this app and I purchased its PLUS version too. Let me tell you about what I gained due to Link2SD :
It links everything of an app or a game to your SD card allowing you to install a large number of apps. Linking is quite different from moving as moving apps to SD is not going to move app data and moving apps to SD slows down apps from loading. Widgets do not break in case of a linked app. All apps, wallpapers works smoothly as if it is stored in the internal storage. But, these things are known to all of us.
Now the problem starts here ! I tried CM11, gummy and PA ROMs but Link2SD created a serious problem
I tried to install CM11 and PA themes but got the same error "App not installed". I tried a lot of themes but got the same error. It meant I can't install any of the available themes. I searched web and got to know that the problem is caused due to partitioning of SD card ! !
Due to partitioning, CWM and TWRP recovery failed to do their tasks.
Unable to install zips from external SD card ! (ERROR: Unable to open folder)
Unable to create backup in SD card ! (ERROR: Unable to open folder)
Unable to restore backup ! (ERROR: No such file found)
Unable to mount storage!
and much more errors were there !
"Install zips from internal storage" was the only option working as usual.
I searched web and there were no promising answers. Somewhere I found that it is due to Link2SD. I cleaned my SD card, deleted the secondary partition and then CWM worked ! ! Flashed CM11 and tried to install themes, it was successful
Guys, if anyone of you are facing these errors, then it might be possible that you have linked apps to your SD card. Link2SD is a great app if you are using stock ROM and you are not willing to try custom ROMs and its themes. But when you are with CM, then Linking is not a good choice
Hit thanks :good: , if helped

Internal storage inaccessible on CM11 nightly.

I've posted this on /r/cyanogenmod, but I haven't gotten any help. Please don't let me down, XDA.
So I updated to 2014/11/6 nightly on my Sprint Samsung Galaxy S5 (kltespr) and now my phone doesn't have access to its internal storage/emulated storage card. Spotify, Snapchat, Gallery (pictures), and all other apps that rely on the storage don't work and some even force close on opening. The CM Updater won't even download any update files anymore because the CMUpdater folder lived on my internal storage.
However, when I go to Settings > Storage. It shows all my internal storage and how much of each is being used and whatnot. So it definitely see it's there and none of my data is affected, the apps just can't use the internal storage anymore it seems. Not even root or system apps.
When I'm in my recovery (TWRP 2.8), the File Manager is able to show all the contents of my internal storage from the folder "/sdcard" but all file managers, and terminal, when I'm booted up say that "/sdcard" doesn't exist when I try to browse to it or it just isn't there.
Any suggestions? A lot of the apps I use daily aren't working now, and updating to the 2014/11/07 nightly and all subsequent updates didn't fix anything. I haven't tried going back to previous nightlies, but I don't really want to downgrade unless this just isn't fixable until a fixed nightly release.
Same issue here on KLTEUSC
Looked here http://forum.cyanogenmod.org/topic/97378-sd-card-is-mounted-all-over-the-fs/ and checked the mount command. It looks like the sdcard just isn't mounted anywhere...
You can dirty flash the old CM that has internal storage working. I have no idea what the fix is yet
I'll be working on a new build soon but it will be CM12, not CM11.
I will make sure to test this.
CM12 works fine. CM11 is the issue. I'd stick to CM12 but Xposed does not work there, while a bummer I guess I can get over it for awhile for the rest of the phone to function -_-
It would be nice of CM11 was fixed though, doesn't make sense for this bug to drag on this long (Almost a month) without any mention or fix being planned.

[Q] Insufficient storage available (weird behaviour)

I am using a Samsung Galaxy Tab GT-P3110 (7.0") and I installed the cyanogenmod version 10.1.3-p3110 with the 3.0.31-CM-gac1803e kernel. Since today I am unable to install some apps. The app manager tells me I used up 2.6GB of the internal storage and Ive got 2.0GB free.
When I try to install the YouTube app or the Root Browser app the play store puts out an error telling: Insufficient storage available. However when I try to install the ShopSavvy Barcode Scanner app all goes fine. Also installing apps by putting apk's in my download folder via laptop seems to work fine.
Before this problem occured I fiddled around with the format tool AParted for my external sd, and the link2sd app. I deleted both of them, but the problem is still occuring.
Any help on this issue?
Here a catlog screen of the errors occurring when i install root browser. Similar error on youtube install.

Playstore Apps, APKs and Link2SD with Cyanogenmod

I can't seem to find information about this. If I install Cyanogenmod in my phone, how will the app situation work? Does Cyanogenmod come with Play Store? Will I be able to use Google Play Services and Google Play Games?
Also since my phone is 4 years old, the Twitch android app doesn't work anymore with my version of android. I don't know if this situation will remain if I move to Cyanogenmod but right now I'm using an older version of twitch from an APK I found on the internet. Will I be able to install apks like that in Cyanogenmod?
Finally, right now I have my SD card partitioned so that I can use Link2SD to link applications to the first partition which is mounted at boot. My phone only has a 420MB internal memory so I can't go without this functionality. Right now I have a total of 1.7GBs of apps. Will I be able to continue as is in Cyanogenmod?
You need flash Gapps to have Google apps into CyanogenMod, and you'll have to configure Link2sd again (without any problem) and install all apps again, and yes, you can install apks normally.
