hi. any reason why the program thinks my phone is disconnected? i have installed the USB drivers, am in debug mode. does it matter if i'm in MTP or PTP transfer mode? other suggestions?

Not working toolkit in my PC..i've windows 8 64 bit
Try running it as admin, also FYI I am not supporting this tool anymore, and due to new Samsung security features in newer ROMs I cannot guarantee that this tool is going to work with the latest OTAs for your phone. Hopefully someone with a note 2 (sold mine) that has tried it recently can better assist you.

After I had selected my android version, I saw this. Then it downloads it again.

I've been trying to get support for this program for the past 3 weeks with no reply whatsoever to my enquiries. I would advise people to avoid this program as I've been screwed over from my money with no replies to my issue from their support email.

Need help photon q 4g lte pleaseee
okay i recently tried to root my motorola photon q 4g lte and screwed it up now it send me to the ap fastboot screen that says fastboot reason is flash failure and my device is locked status code 0. it send me to this screen randomly i need help i really want my bootloader unlock but the website says my phones not eligable how can this be when so many people have done it??? help pleaseee.

First off, thanks for making this app.
Unfortunately, I seem cursed. No matter which way I run I hit road blocks in my pursuit of custom ROM for my AT&T S3. At first it was CM ROMS with non-functioing cameras, so back to stock. I thought I might try again now, but with boot lock on my kitkat, I need safestrap.
I installed Safestrap-HLTEATT-NC2-3.75-B03.apk, but when I get to the boot screen, the menu buttons are too large, most off of the screen. Where can I go for support?

Root does not work pls help !
Hey, I did already have my bootloader unlocked, so I installed the TWRP Recovery, like said in the explanation. Then I did the "ROOT ME!" followed the steps:
Went into recovery>Install>SuperSU.zip>Swipe to Confirm Flash(Succesful)>Reboot System
Root Checker Basic>Check Root>Sorry! Root access is not properly installed on this device.
BTW Nexus 5 with Android 5.1.1
PLZ help
