Not working toolkit in my PC..i've windows 8 64 bit
Try running it as admin, also FYI I am not supporting this tool anymore, and due to new Samsung security features in newer ROMs I cannot guarantee that this tool is going to work with the latest OTAs for your phone. Hopefully someone with a note 2 (sold mine) that has tried it recently can better assist you.

I have a Samsung S5 and I'm in Africa and I bought this phone in the US.
It came with Sprint carrier and I could not user it were I am, II loaded by mistake a firmware for AT&T and still it dose not .
can you please help me with the AP OR PDA for g900H,F,M,P PLEASE

Just wanted to thank OP for this great guide. I did some serious maintenance on my GS3 yesterday, taking it completely back to stock and then re-rooting with Cyanogen, so that I could buy a few more months before my upgrade is available.
Only problem is, I found that a lot of the links have gone dead. It took me a while to search around for the files and programs that I needed in order to complete these operations. To give it one last breath to help future-proof it for the next couple of years, I would suggest that OP update the links to valid downloads.
I've found that the Samsung Driver url is dead and the download for RootDebugFS no longer works (at least for me).

After I had selected my android version, I saw this. Then it downloads it again.

I've been trying to get support for this program for the past 3 weeks with no reply whatsoever to my enquiries. I would advise people to avoid this program as I've been screwed over from my money with no replies to my issue from their support email.

ROOT SPRINT GALAXY NOTE EDGE (sm-n915P) ON LOLLIPOP (5.0.1) !?!?!?!?
so i had root and decided to update to lollipop i can not figure out how to root it for the life of me iv tried odin iv tried uploading a custom recovery and it alllllll fails please help i rooted with nooo problem the first time around on kitkat 4.4.4 with the fail fix is there ne way to do this on lollipop?!?!?!?
Which language's in this firmware? Is Russian here?
