Hi all. I am completely stuck. I've been trying to unlock wcdma band to work on China Unicom for 2 days. Flashed alot of stuff without success. Nightly cm12, phandroid 5, cm 11s, and ALOT of different modems that were suggested.
Now, no matter which rom I flash, there is no signal at all. Wifi only works on Official CM 11s .
Please Help.
Edit: In the *#*#4636#*#* When I try to change to original band I cannot. Its stuck on WCDMA. Also In mobile networks, change to 2G from 3G it stucks on 3G. Can I change somewhere to unstuck this?

I'd been using my Razr HD Maxx xt926 in the UK on the stock ROM 4.1.2 but could not get WiFi hotspot working as it called back to Verizon and told me I was not subscribed.
I unlocked the boot loader, installed TWRP did a backup then flashed with LiquidSmooth 4.2.2 all good so far but could not connect to the cell network and make calls or data. Then I found the *#*#4636#*#* and Select radio band menu... in the LiquidSmooth ROM there are various bands to choose from non or which worked and no European Band. I restored my Standard ROM where the Radio was working then I took a look at *#*#4636#*#* and Select radio band menu and choose USA Band. This turned out to be a bad idea as now I cannot get the radio to work, all Im seeing is the signal meter with a red no entry symbol on it.
Since then I've tried: Wiping / Formatting use TWRP, Going back to LiquidSmooth, Eclipse 1.3, CM 10.1 and various fiddling with the Networks options in setting and this (but its for the US) http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2166542
Any help much appreciated as the only other options I've read about are walking in to a Versizon shop where they can flash it back to standard, but I cannot do that being in London :s

Hi everyone,
I bought my OPO in China last december and I have China Unicom as Service Provider.
I have correctly installed offical CM12OS, but the 3G network is not recognized by the modem of the ROM.It goes only on the 2G Network.
It is the same that happened with CM11s, In that case I had to flash a modem("signed_modem_34g.zip") into the Rom and then it worked.
I tried flashing "signed_modem_34g.zip" on CM12S but I was stucked in the bootloop.
What could I do now to make the 3G working again?

I successfully upgraded my L04 to 6.0 b810, but now my phone cannot use 3g network (it has very weak or no signal), so it works mainly in 2g/Edge.
Are there any possible methods (eg. flasing proper modem, etc., im not really a pro in these) to revover my "signal loss" and get 3g signal strenght back?

problem still exists
Downgraded my b810 mm indian to b521 lolli EU, but the problem still exists.
5-15 mins after reboot, H+ network flyes away, and the phone only works in 2G/Edge mode.
If i try to select only 3G mode in settings, it just cannot find any service provider.

I have a global version of galaxy s6 (g920f) originally on stock rom 6.0.1 and rooted. Last night i was trying to change my network preference settings from lte/gsm to lte/gsm/cdma through *#*#4636#*#*.
I did that because my phone either stays at 4g or 2g only without switching to 3g. However, after doing that, my phone suddenly switched itself permanently to cdma mode only, which is not usable in my country (malaysia).
I've done factory reset, reflashing stock firmware to stock though odin but the phone stays the same and become unusable. I've tried searching for other solution in the forum but i cant seem to find one.

After Android Update of Lollipop , 3G is not working in My D801 T mobile, Every GSM/CDMA/LTE setting is on and APN is correct but only 2G is showing and working, when i convert it to Only CDMA Mode, The Signals Goes off, Please help me, how to fix this issue, i don't want to root or install any custom rom for it, :crying:
