Best is to re-flash a stock firmware. This will "restore" the original system partitions.
Then you can re-root it easily by flashing PhilZ-kernel zip file in stock recovery like described here: [PhilZ-cwm6][i9100/P] Stock Kernel+CWM6+Root+exFAT+NTFS-MS3.
Check this thread for stock firmware versions and how to install them to your device: [Stock Official Firmwares] I9100XWMS2 (4.1.2) - Slovenia (MOT) [05-01-14].

Android N9000 (i9220) Chinese Phone - Dead --- HELP PLEASE

Hi All,
I just rooted the Android Note N9000 (i9220) but wanted to install some custom apk in sys\app folder to change the look and feel. I was able to this at a great extent using TouchWiz apk and all looked good until i went ahead and decided to change the browser apk in the sys\app folder.
I went ahead and downloaded the browser apk from online and then renamed the old browser.apk file as browserold.apk and this is were the phone started alerting to stop some application and after that phone rebooted.
Once it rebooted it does not go beyond the "Logo" screen and it keeps flashing that so went ahead and tried few of this options but no luck,
Recovery mode - Unfortunately i did not do any back-up and cleaned partitioned and cache but unable to do anything beyond that?
I do not have Custom Recovery Mod also with me so no much luck there also
I tried connecting to PC but the phone recognizes in Control Panel of Windows 7 but the drive is not available to install any file...
Please help!!!!! Need to get this phone back to normal asap.
Regards
tienned mmand

I had android 4.3 on my s3i9300 india , but the link you sent me shows to download 4.1 (which is an earlier version ) I just wanna know if downgrading from 4.3 to 4.1 gonna cause problems. ofcourse I don't have either of these right now
And before wiping everything off of my phone I had made a backup using twrp on ext sd card but it seems its not working . However in twrp folder I have this " jss15j.i9300 xwugml4"
Because ive read that one should have complete knowledge of his phone for example region code and all that could you please tell me what firmware I gotta download?

Hi, thank you for using XDA Assit. unfortunately I can't find anything about your device on xDA. It sounds like you'll need to flash the stock firmware. You can try asking your question here, http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/help

[Completed] THL W5000 Stuck At Boot, Adb Unauthorized/Offline

Please help
Hi! I own a Galaxy S3 I9300 1GB RAM, 64GB which I've rooted, changed its ODIN and installed this ROM and now I'm very sorry I've done that. I ask you to help me, telling how can I install back the stock ROM, which is this one.
I'm not experienced in stuff like this at all; when I first changed it to 4.3.0 from 4.1.2, I've installed another recovery mode (like Safe Mode in Windows) called TeamWinRecovery, from where I installed afterwards the 4.3.0 ROM; now, to install that 4.1.2 again I have to change it back to the stock 'Safe Mode', and this is where I'm stuck. I followed all the steps to install the ODIN shown here but it doesn't work. PLEASE HELP ME!
Hi, thank you for using XDA Assist. First. Odin can be finicky. Make sure you use the usb ports in the back of your PC and try different cables. See this guide, http://forum.xda-developers.com/gal...lete-basic-t1931790/post32664054#post32664054 It's written by the experts on your device.
