Anyone knows any news about that device? I've seen the CWM and clean rom posts but seems to be abandoned... Anyone is planning to create an android 2.3 rom? Beginning from the dump files from the "phone" is possible to cook a 2.3 rom? I would try to play ingress with that devices but is impossible with the stock froyo rom... Otherwise, I've seen a modded version of ingress (broot, that doesn't run on 2.2) anyone knows if there is an android 2.2 ingress porting?
Thanks
Hi, I have recently purchased this device.
It is not exactly an Android stick computer but that is the closest relevant forum i could find, please redirect me otherwise.
So does anyone know of a ROM or a way to install Jelly Bean on this device ?
It comes with ICS on by default.
here is a link to the device: http://tabletrepublic.com/forum/android-mini-pc/dvb-t-signal-android-mini-pc-3093-2.html

Hi,
So I am new here and I was wondering if my MXiii 4k with android version 4.4.2, Kernel Version: 3.10.33 [email protected] #1, can be flashed with custom ROM so it recognizes itself as a tablet? I know some apps are not able to use the HDMI out, so I think if it looks like a tablet, it should just think that the HDMI to TV is a screen? Or any other way I can accomplish this? I hope this makes sense or I can get some help?
thanks
Hhi, idk if this is right forum but ya this is my question and please answer me.
so, i have my old mtk6582 phone based on jelly bean. (also it is my first ever phone i got)
always since childhood i am trying to have it upgraded to al least android 4.4.4 (kitkat) but i also know it is not possible because it would require an upgraded kernel.
i manage to find similar phone with similar specs but problem is phone boots up and but touchscreen doesn't work and require to be used using mouse.
so my question is, is there any ways to make or porte kernel for aosp based stock ROM (android one) phone.
if method is for Linux (ubuntu) system it would be grate. thanks for help.
