Anyone knows any news about that device? I've seen the CWM and clean rom posts but seems to be abandoned... Anyone is planning to create an android 2.3 rom? Beginning from the dump files from the "phone" is possible to cook a 2.3 rom? I would try to play ingress with that devices but is impossible with the stock froyo rom... Otherwise, I've seen a modded version of ingress (broot, that doesn't run on 2.2) anyone knows if there is an android 2.2 ingress porting?

i currently have android 2.2 on my htc hd2, but am looking for new roms to try out like honeycomb or gingerbread but i cant seem to find any so can anyone plz gimme links to some nand roms so i install.
I would like to install android 2.1 on Nexus S. Yes, you read that correctly. I want to backup my existing cyanogen 7.1 (android 2.3) install, install 2.1, create a backup of that, then be able to switch back and forth between 2.1 and 2.3 for testing android apps during development.
Does anyone know if this is possible? Do you know of any roms that might work? Any direction would be much appreciated!

sure that would work!
but there arent any android 2.1 nexus s roms. you would have to build your own from source, or port a 2.1 rom to the nexus s
Hmm...well then it does not look too promising for me . I have never built an android rom or ported one before. If anyone else has any other ideas I would love to hear them.
Maybe it would be possible for me to install an android 2.1 rom made for the Galaxy S?

the galaxy s rom wouldnt flash, unless you turned off the signature check in recovery. then you will probably just brick your phone.
The kernel I think would be the hard part of this.
I am coming from an ipod touch to a samsung galaxy player 5.0. The one thing i hate about android compared to apple is compatibility issues. I hate when i can't play almost every game, ughhhh. If you are still on Froyo (2.2) then just use SuperOneClick. If on Gingerbread (2.3) the process is a bit more complicated.

Someone knows if we can find the Android keyboard from 2.2 Froyo to Gingerbread ? I mean, the keyboard that we can find in Kyorarom.
