Both Hydrogen OS and CM are miles apart.
Hydrogen OS is One Plus's take on custom android builds for their One Plus One and One Plus 2 and I hope CM doesn't needs any intro.

I think the question from you has been answered.
In my opinion it would be more usefull for Moto g 2015 even better then CM, because of customization and android M functions.

Love the new command center. Works great on my nexus 5 running nova. Hopefully it's easy on the battery.

Runs flawlessly in this E2. Battery drain is almost nonexistent.

i test it and have two bug first HotSpot don't worked and battery usage is bad if u can fix twice problem no lineageOS is perfect and non bug. thank a lot

Rotation Doesn't work right and the sd card doesn't work HW keys

After flashing oxygen kernel i m getting black screen
