[GAME] Herculaneum

Hi there,
I'm a newbie in the Android world, but I hardly worked for my first app just submitted last week! Well, I worked nights and weekends, but finally I have my first job online and I'm really proud of it.
It's a casual game in which a Volcano is explosing and people is running to be safe. The player should pick-up and drag the people on the boat in the harbour, ready to sail. More people saved, more points.

It's 79 A.D. and Mount Vesuvius is blowing its stack. The Roman town of Herculaneum lies in the path of destruction.
Thousands of people will be smothered in mud and hot ash unless the town can be evacuated. A ship is ready in the port, but can the people reach it in time? This is an animated game for Android that all ages will enjoy.

Clearly, after some level, the people will run very fast and the challenge is to catch the minimal amount of people to pass the stage.
Sometimes, a strange man will pass, wearing a black suit... are you sure you want to put on the boat with the others?
Players will be able to share theirs scores on a global leaderboard and they can see theirs ranks.
Besides, I recently added the "challenge" feature. In fact, you could challenge a friend or any player you want, betting virtual coins (the Aurei, the ancient romain coins) and win.
Anyone have 15 coins at the start of the game to use. Well, if it'll be interesting for players, I'll think about a way to share Aurei or to acquire them during the game.

The game still need improvements, mainly on debug (i don't know why sometimes Galaxy S owners write to me that the game doesn't work), but we're proud of this first result.
We're already working on another game, different kind, that should be available after next summer.

I live 20 km from Herculaneum / Pompeii, two places to visit at least one time in life, awesome! The history of our Volcano (the Vesuvius) is really fascinating and I would like to think about a different kind to spread this story all over the world. So I though about a game and we're proud of our first results

Yes, this is a choice. When I asked my artists, I ask for such characters. They would be: funny, scared, cute, just like anime manga. Besides, I considered that on a 3" screen we couldn't use characters with a lot of details and anime, with theirs simple lines, would do the job.
Anyway, the contrast between people style and the rest of the game is clear and I know that not everybody will like them.

Yes, we're thinking about it and preparing different bg in anime style. It would also give a better "continuity" in drawings

Hello, I really doubt it will get to original authors, but I can try... I really liked your game and Im sad that I cant find it in Google Play anymore, but I downloaded apk with newest version of your game and I would enjoy it, but when i put food for animals into feeder in forest location at the start and timer expires, then when i go back into forest and click anywhere besides grandma, game crashes into menu. I even cant click on signpost to go into another location... I would like to ask if there is any workaround about this (if you even read this... )
If you can still answer, i would be really grateful.

Just a heads up everyone. Just as with the JPN version this is freemium. So IAP are there but not necessary. And for those worried Kemco will stay this route, there are only two freemium Japanese games. This is one. And since these releases Kemco has gone back to paid.

Guys, I need help with this game. I'm playing this on my HTC Dream and everything is fine apart from accessing the inventory and map. I mean there is no button to access the inventory and no menu item either. I don't know, whether it is because I have a corrupted installation, or whether it is because the Dream is not supposed to be able to play the game (game needs 2.1 android, which I have only due to flashing CM5 Eclair) and so the controls don't somehow match or whatever, but it simply isn't there. I have tried everything, looked through the menu a thousand times. Simply the menu offers three options - Missions, Settings, Save. None of these offer inventory, nor map, so what the hell is going on. Please anyone who played this has any idea? I don't want to uninstall because such a stupid error...

- Dungeons with puzzles to solve
Set skills as you want- but be aware of the limited 'cost levels'!
In the dungeons there are various puzzles which need to be solved. There are boxes and pots which need to be moved, switches which need to be pushed to make something happen, and you will sometimes even need to make use of enemies to get past the obstacles which lie in your path.
Even if you fail to solve a puzzle, you can reset it with just a button press, so it's easy to try as many times as you want to.
- Incredible monster animations
You will be amazed by the monsters' spectacular animations!
You will randomly find yourself in battle when in the field, and in dungeons, you will start a battle if you touch an enemy.
Battles are conducted by selecting commands, with a turn-based system.
Some enemies may be surprisingly weak against certain elements. It's always a good idea to turn the battle to your advantage by trying to find these weak points.
- Class changes
In the shrine in Iatt, you can change your class.
In order to do so, though, you need to be at a certain level, and you need to have gained certain items especially for class changes, which will disappear when you use them.
After a class change, the character's title will change, and his/her level will return to 1, but any learned magic and skills will not be forgotten, and the character's previous status will be carried over to an extent.
Characters become stronger with each class change, so it's a good idea to change regularly!
- The tutorial function makes play easy even for beginners!
There are tutorials for how to solve the puzzles in the dungeons, how to search for items, etc., so you don't have to be an expert to enjoy the game!
- Extra dungeons
You can obtain points depending on the number of monsters you've defeated, and with these points, you can access extra dungeons, with many fiendish puzzles to solve!
There are also many items to make your progress through the adventure easier.

Just wanted to add this game is not full screen. It is more like Machine knight.... aka 480x800 rather then 480x854 like on our screen. Not a deal breaker but wanted to let everyone interested know.

I didnt review the game, merely copied the description from the download link above. Although perhaps I should review some of Kemco's games as I find they are my favorite games to play other then Modern Combat 3 and MC4.

You should rework your German screenshots. They don't make any sense. It is the same with the Store description. If you can't (or don't want to) afford professional translation services you should look at crowd translation services. Often you will have a lot of users who are multi-lingual and happy to help.
