I have an old droid x2 still on contract with Verizon and it is failing. My upgrade date is still far off since I gave my original date away. My question is, if I get a droid ultra off amazon will the sim card from the x2 fit in the ultra so I can activate it?
Thank you.
I thought the X2 lacked a SIM card, but GSMArena claims it has a mini-SIM. (2FF)
This would have to be trimmed down significantly in order to fit in a nano-SIM (4FF) slot. You'll be removing all the plastic around the contacts.
There's tons of printable templates just a google image search away. (sim to nano sim); good luck!

ps: nano-sims are really cheap on Amazon. <$10 shipped.
You can just pick up a sim from Verizon. They are free.

Anyone have any experience with this? AT&T has it at $100 less than anyone else and I'm tempted to go pick one up.

Nice speaker, good Bluetooth range and NFC works well but will not charge my Nexus 4. Will be returning it, at this price everything should work as advertised.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great sound in a medium sized package, April 17, 2013

Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Nokia MD-100W JBL PowerUp Wireless Charging Speaker for Nokia - Retail Packaging - White (Wireless Phone Accessory)
I purchased this speaker/stereo for two reasons: 1 JBL is known for making great sounding products and 2 the wireless charging for Windows Phone. Both met/exceeded my expectations. Wireless charging also worked on a Nexus 4 phone, but was a bit more difficult to find the "sweet spot" for placing the device to get charged.
This is not exactly a portable device as it's a bit on the medium size instead of small. You might want to consider the JBL Play Up instead of you're looking for something portable.

Has anyone specifically tried the replacement N5 battery from etradesupply? It's the only one I can see that even looks anything like OEM. All the rest are clearly knockoffs.
There's another thread about replacement battery vendors, but most of those on eBay are sold out, and the remaining one is pretty sketchy. The Amazon batteries all have substantially negative feedback, too.
I just can't see throwing away a perfectly good phone simply because it needs a new battery.
Etradesupply nexus 5 batteries are fake. I got 2 of them and they are fake so I got full refund plus shipping from PayPal and still kept batteries but have not install them.

This is OEM LG battery supplier in US, bit expensive by original.
This is the one I just installed: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...true&ref_=ox_sc_act_title_1&smid=AUJEVHB99RGQ
It seems to be tracking the battery temperature too. So far so good!

Are you sure that is the correct battery? It is expensive, but I'll pay it if it's OEM and not some ripoff.

How long have you been running that one? I'm a bit leery to buy anything with 30% negative reviews.

If you're looking to get the most out of your Honor 6X, check out these accessories.
Huawei Tripod Selfie Stick AF14
For a budget phone, this device has a great dual camera setup. If you want to get the most out of your shot, I'd recommend this Huawei tripod. It doubles as a selfie stick and has a really good build quality. You can angle the mount at the top to tilt your phone upwards for steady shots of the sky or whatever. It comes in handy when using the Light Painting and Night Shot features on your camera app.
SD Card
The Honor 6X can hold an SD card with storage up to 256GB. This MicroSD from Samsung is $22 for 64GB. I like to keep all of my TWRP backups on my SD card, so I'd recommend this to anyone who's flashing ROMs and stuff.
USB-C Adapter
This phone has a Micro USB port for charging. If you have many other newer products, chances are they're got USB-C ports. Grab one of these adapters so you can use your phone with more modern chargers.
Tempered Glass
A tempered glass screen protector is one of my favorite types of protection for a smartphone. If you're wanting to preserve the integrity of your screen for a long time, one of these is the way to go.
You can use this hybrid sim adapter. Under 2$ and works wonders

It makes possible to use 2 SIM cards AND a micro SD card. Otherwise you'd have to chose: Eigther 1 SIM and 1 SD or 2 SIM.

I got one of these – it's useful and it works.
But I wonder: Is there a similar adapter, but leading the SD outside?
I will most likely not change my sim card very often so it would be more useful, if the sd was outside. I might change it more likely and it would be nice, if I would not need to open the cards bay.
I looked around amazon, but there seem to be only the sim extension adapters.

Anyone?
It seems like I was only able to find the dual screen case for the korean version of the phone. I've seen reviews all over the place that shows dual screen capability but I cannot find anywhere to buy it.
I was able to find one ebay link and in the details it says it doesn't work for the USA version. (I can't post it being a new user)
Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
Only the Korean and European version have the three pings on the back, that powers the second screen. The USA version does not have them. Here's a picture as an example.
Some how in the USA we got screwed. No dual screen, I didn't find out until I got mine. Dual screen was the main reason why I got the V50
What are you talking about?

In the US LG only sells the dual screen for the G8X, The V50 Thinq 5G from Verizon fits in the case fine but does not have the necessary software to detect the screen.
It appears if someone could understand the code on this page it should be possible to make it work with the US model.
Did anyone ever figure this out? I bought what was called a Verizon LM-V450VN and it most definitely has the 3 pogo pins on the back of the phone. I'm thinking it was a Korean version that has Verizon software on it. I was able to update it OTA Verizon
so at least that worked. I also picked up a second screen case for it that has the 3 pogo pins in the case. When I snap it all in though the second screen will not come on. I'm thinking this is the Verizon software. Would the way around this be to try to install the Korean software? If anyone has had success with this I'd sure love to know.

The second screen is available on Amazon for $199.
After reading all of the horror stories about the second screen hinges breaking screens coming out of the carrier etc I decided against it.
