Bluetooth stottern? - Note Edge Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi guys and girls.
When I 'm driving in my Outlander PHEV my Note Edge is, while phoning, switching every second between Bluetooth and the phone. I haven't got that problem with my Note 3. That one is steady on BT.
Any simular problems?

No problem anyone. Solution: lollipop 5.01.

[Q] oneplus one bluetooth problems

i've seen this being discussed a few times but with no resolve.I bought 4 oneplus one phones altogether. The first two were for me and my daughter bought a week apart.
These have worked flawlesly and both have been rooted both connect to the bluetooth in the car with no problems.
I then ordered one for the wife and the brother (family thing going here) they both arrived at the same time and both failed to pick up any signal...
I updated them through wifi then the phone aquired a signal with no problems. But here is the problem, both of that phones will not connect to the cars bluetooth..
everything on all the phones match up from the android version to the baseband so i can't get my head around why there is a problem.?
i hear that its a problem with cm ! but why are some working and others not?
are there any roms that are not cm11 based that i can flash and see if it is the software that's causing the fault or should i wait to see if there are any updates to fix this common problem?
It's the brother's phone thats the problem,he was a long time apple user and i convinced him to change to the opo now thats jumped up and kicked me in the butt...
if this is the wrong place to post this question i do appologise, not used to posting on forums.!
thank you
bluetooth problems
well here is an update if anybody is interested.I installed multirom and mahdi rom, bluetooth connects no problem now
I'm having the exact same issue. I had a Chinese OnePlus that connected easy-breezy to both my BMW and Acura cars. I got a new OnePlus just last week which has not been able to connect/pair at all with either car. The phone can not find any BT devices.
This is back breaking here in the anti-cell phone+driving Northeast.
When they do connect, as mine does, can it send/receive text msg's and emails via the car. Mine works for phone calls and music but no msg's. 2014 Toyota Corolla
same here, just got my OPO not quite a wek ago.
64gig-version, rooted, stock FW, latest OTA.
my BT headset connects just fine, just tried it in the car today, but the phone just does not find the alpine CD-headunit (connected fine with my GNEX or N4 before).
im actually thinking about trying ParanoidAndroid-ROM wich i liked very much on my N4.
any leads?
OK then, I just flashed paranoidAndroid .. Ta-Daa: connects to in-car BT Unit.
ParanoidAndroid by the way doesnt come with the OPO-Lockscreen, but the double-tap to wake up. just enough for me.
cheers!

Bluetooth in car and android wear

So I have had my phone since it was released and used it with my BMW to make and receive calls and listen to music. This week I got a huawei watch and now I have issues in my car. I am not getting sound through the car and it disconnects and reconnects. I read you can have 7 devices connected to Bluetooth at one time. Anyone else have this issue or know how to fix it?

I have a Gear 2 Neo, Gear Fit, and 3 vehicles with bluetooth connections. None of which have any problems unless its a kernel problem. On more than one occasion with both the Note 4 and now the Note 5 I have had to change or reflash a kernel or rom because of bluetooth issues that have surfaced.
Thanks form the reply. The problem is in am stock and not rooted.

I figured out how to get gasket to disconnect android wear when I get in my car. Annoying that I have to bring up the app but it does work.

Why is my voice so quiet at the beginning of bluetooth calls?

My wife and I both have iClever Himbox Bluetooth Car Kit's in our vehicles for hands free calling and music. We both have the Samsung Galaxy S7. Whenever we call anyone or receive a call from anyone, we have been told that we sound really far away or really really quiet. This problem did not exist when my wife had a Nexus 5, but I still had the problem with my Galaxy S6. Am I missing some Samsung only setting or is this likely a problem with the bluetooth kit? It's strange to me that only Samsung phones seem to have the problem.

Looking to buy but is there a Bluetooth issue?

Hi all, I'm looking to get this device as a replacement for my Mi 8 which is starting to give me some issues. I was looking at reviews online and saw there may be some Bluetooth connectivity issue with drops outs. Has anyone experienced this? Is this an issue or was it solved? Thanks.

I've used Bluetooth speaker 3 or 4 times for around 2 hours each time (once since I upgraded to Android 10.)
I've not had any issue with Bluetooth personally, but I've only ever connected to the same BT speaker. Obviously I'm not a huge Bluetooth user, so my personal experience will hold less weight than heavier users.

No issues here with headsets, speakers or cars (with/without Android Auto).
SmartWatch,tws no issues...
Left ear bud, Right ear bud, stereo buds, a few different brands of speakers, two cars, Bluetooth controllers and my computer, so far I haven't had any Bluetooth Issues, if I did it was a simple restart that fixed it, but that was a syncing issue with one of my older Bluetooth headphones.
