cm-12-20150118-EXPERIMENTAL-JRUESGA-tf700t.zip
This is the first experimental image for TF700T CM12.0 (Lollipop) cm-12-20150118-EXPERIMENTAL-JRUESGA-tf700t.zip.
Please, be sure you backup your data before flash it. This are the MUST HAVE requirements (Downloads):
* 10.6.1.14.4 or greater bootloader
* Clockwork Recovery 6.5.0.1 (I didn't test TWRP)
* GAPPS 5.0 (Lollipop) - Search in internet for the proper ones
This is an experimental versión, so expect things not working.

Will test with TWRP 2.8.0.1.

Installed it successfully (dirty flashed over CM11)! No FC 'til now. Thank you for your hard work! :good:

Process.com.google.process.gapps has stopped error.

The basketbuild gapps are 20141109 (5.0) but the current version of android is 5.0.2 and the GoogleContactsSyncAdapter is crashing because doesn't find a resource. Try to upgradte to the latest published version of the dhackers99 gapps (http://d-h.st/users/dhacker29/?fld_id=27426)

Appears to be the same problem as far as I can tell. Will try clean install.

Lollipop using data=F2FS
Does anyone know if this can be used if data is formatted to F2FS?
Also does the kernel support it?

Thank you sounds great!

I use this version as my daily driver. The only big thing that i miss is the not working auto rotation. When can we expect a new (experimental) firmware?
Thank you!

Ok guys, the new nightlies should be starting tonight. So keep an eye out. Thanks for all the support!!!
Please try to keep this thread clean, I want as much relevant information in it as possible. Please use the Thanks and Donate button(s)/links to say Thank you!!!!
Still a slight bit of lag on the home screen in portrait mode, logcat shows nothing interesting.
Something of interest is while I was flipping between screens, I got a hard lock and reboot, but I wasn't able to pull last_kmesg before it rebooted by itself.
Looking great though!
Updates through the CM updater do not work?

Yes, but it will be best to do a factory restore before flashing, wich means your apps will be also wiped.
Why two threads???? One is enough i think.

I want them to wipe clean. I don't want issues and reports cropping up from issues from other ROM's.
playback of a x264 hd movie with dts audio results in a fc after about 60 minutes. log file is sent to dasunsrule.
bt protocols, e.g.handsfree, avrcp, are missing.
plugin notifications,e.g. hdmi, don't work. see audio log.
audio output is not loud enough.
audio brightness is bad.
@dasundrule
please copy logcat instructions at device from the other thread so that people can create and send immediately logs.
there is still a lot to do.
While trying to build I got this error. Can anyone help? Thanks!

It couldn't mount either of my SDXC cards. Not the Micro 64Gb in the tablet or the 128Gb in the dock. Both are formatted with fat32. It may have corrupted the 64Gb card as well. I'm not sure if Clockwork did it or if CM did it. Clockwork couldn't mount it either during the attempt to back up my current ROM and that may be when it was corrupted. Actually, I don't think it even saw that there was a card in the dock at all.
I'm having some ADB issues. When I try to run ADB from my Linux computer I get "no permissions", I see that the
ROM has got several settings for ADB and I've tried to play around with it but no fix so far. Any suggestions?

Reporting Bugs
You are allowed to report bugs only at the u81xxcm91 bug tracker. Before reporting a bug, please make sure you are running as stock as possible. This means no custom kernel, no custom framework modification, etc. If you are using any of the above modifications, please flash the rom again to get rid of the modifications before reporting.
REPORT BUGS IN THIS THREAD ONLY
Grab a logcat (adb logcat -d > logcat.txt) right after the problem has occurred. (Please include at least a few pages of the log, not just the last few lines, unless you know what you're doing.)
If it is a random reboot, grab /proc/last_kmsg. (Do not bother getting a logcat unless you can get it just before the reboot. A logcat after a reboot is useless)
Remember to provide as much info as possible. The more info you provide, the more likely that the bug will be solved. The following is a useful format to follow.

REPORT BUGS IN THIS THREAD ONLY
Grab a logcat right after the problem has occurred.
Code:

Nice Job
Very smooth, better than other cm9.1 roms. (usb mass storage isnt working )
Check PC, usb mass storage is full working, i ultra tested it xD
Alberto,
I appreciate you putting me in the credits, but your first post is still misleading, as it suggests that you have built this ROM from source. In fact, you are not building from source - it is a binary modification of my most recent CM9 build (which I really have built from source).
Another (small, but annoying) thing you have done is changed the authorship of scripts that are clearly not your own. For example, your "02HuaweiProps" script says "by Alberto96", but in fact it is an unmodified version of my "02setuphardware" script, which you can see here: https://github.com/CyanogenMod/andr...ngerbread/prebuilt/etc/init.d/02setuphardware. It is generally not good behaviour to try and pass off other people's work as your own.
Yes is true, i changed it (script) as before i mod it adding some changes (for u8180 touch and differences in camera), but i changed them differently and i leave my credits in scripts. Sorry, i will fix it in next version. I will add also this alert in first post. Thanks for the alert
UPDATE: Fixed for Future Release
U8120/10/00 Version almost ready, only need testing on bluetooth and is ok All is new now, audio module, graphic initializer,.... all! Works smooth and without problems. Link will appear on thread when rom test is succesfully. U8150 rom needs still to be tested.

general impressions are good for U8110
- sound is a little weaker but can survive
- wifi, bluetooth, camera works
the biggest problem is the calibration screen, the corners and the top and bottom of the screen is very difficult
thanks for your hard work for us

the build should be here soon: http://fxpblog.co/cyanogenmod/cyanogenmod-12/
we have enabled daily builds
if your device is not yet in the list will appear soon (1 day,1 week, 1 month) no ETA please
but you have to remember that is an early alpha build
Thread closed until there is a build available
Thread cleaned
@jerpelea, please PM a mod or report this post to get the thread re-opened immediately.
Now that the daily builds are continued, have you or any other dev worked on CM12 for our device?
I am currently able to compile, but there seems to be a couple of issues that users are reporting,
Problems with com.qualcomm.location.apk
Updater script errors in recognizing proper device
System bootloops after 'starting apps'
Code:
E/installd( 269): DexInv: --- END '/system/priv-app/com.qualcomm.location/com.qualcomm.location.apk' --- status=0x0100, process failed
D/AndroidRuntime( 4634): Shutting down VM
E/AndroidRuntime( 4634): *** FATAL EXCEPTION IN SYSTEM PROCESS: main
It might be that I am not importing all the necessary repositories or the wrong ones (in my local manifests),
I would be grateful if device specific repos can be mentioned in the OP or second post
Thank you
Merry Christmas!

On that topic -- why has this been re-opened if there are still no builds?
@jerpelea can we get at least a vague explanation of what's halting the builds from being made/uploaded?
Exactly. If they wanted to give us a full working built they can. I dont understand why theyre dragging thier boots, unless they want to release lollipop stock first.

The builds weren't being uploaded because the build server was down for a couple of weeks. Now that it's back up things should be getting back to normal.
They can't give us a full working build because the builds aren't fully working. Even with Sony sources and binaries the modem still isn't working, CM12 isn't fairing much better.

Well then the thread sbouldnt have been reopened. If theres nk available builds yet...
Yeah I'm not sure why they reopened it when they're not doing CM12 builds.
Did anyone flashed first release? What's working and not working.
Using the build from the 28th
Confirmed not working & issues:
*cell service
*camera
*Brightness slider is finicky
*device gets VERY hot
*massive battery drain
Things that work on this CM rom but not the latest AOSP build:
*NFC
*sd Card Support
*USB mounting to a PC
* Location
Notes:
This installs the stock CM recovery so make sure to get rom and gapps installed via TWRP the first go.
I had to edit the updater-script to flash. Removed the first line of device checks as it saw mine as a aries and would not flash
PS, for the love of all things holy, please setup a mirror. The current provider is just shy of torture.
finally we get one build, will flash.wait for my report
edit:lol,saw it,plan is over
edit2:still flashed it,it seems we have baseband at least(not display unknown),on its first boot,i noticed it's searching signal, then disappeared, checked baseband not unknown, tried to search for carrier but it never ends.
did a logcat, before logcat I turned on airplane mode, after its beginning i disabled airplane mode, tried to search for operator, then turned it to lte mode then tried to search again.

the other one is for z3.I think I didn't see more builds..
Just tried the latest renamed nightly for (z3c instead of aries)-
FXP-cm-12-20141228-UNOFFICIAL-z3c.zip
The WIFI radio seems to work - but the LTE and voice radio connects
right at boot and then disconnects and goes away.
On shutdown/restart the same thing happens - LTE/Voice connects at first
and then it goes away.
I saw funky radio issues when testing the pure AOSP aries builds-
so it may not be just the CM12 ROMS.
I also had to edit the z3c zip file to allow the aries product name
so I could install it from doomlord's stock CWM kernel recovery image-
but that was minor compared to the radio issues.

CAF-6.0.1 [Osprey]

Hi All,
I've been working on a CAF version for osprey. This is started from kernel and device tree made by Alberto97 and Squid2, so thanks a lot to them for the bringup.
This version is very early and should only be flashed by people who know what they are doing. Flash this at your own risk.
Code:
#include
/*
* Your warranty is now void.
*
* I am not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards,
* thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. Please
* do some research if you have any concerns about features included in this ROM
* before flashing it! YOU are choosing to make these modifications, and if
* you point the finger at me for messing up your device, I will laugh at you.

For now only a few things are working:
Working
Bluetooth
SMS/RIL
Sound
Camera preview
Not work
Maybe dual sim
Binaries
Here

There is still an issue when building, you must first build the kernel before being able to make a full ROM

This ROM isnt fully functional. If you want tot test this out flash the zip and then boot in to the bootloader and flash the boot img using 'fastboot flash boot #name of img#' than you can boot up. This ROM isnt for daily use.

That's the recovery's fault, since it only get the .name instead of .device
If you say so, the codename in cm is cm_kanas3gnfc than the xx suffix (just like the .name in stock). Also, you can add kanas3gnfcxx in TARGET_OTA_ASSERT_DEVICE flag, so no installation error is produced

1. you are using twrp for kanas3gnfc
2. to fix mtp I need stock boot.img for H and M because of ramdisk files
3. that I don't know. Don't have that issue. if phone reboots when you disable or enable Developer Option or Debugging use grab /proc/last_kmsg
as I mentioned in first post.
4. currently I trying to fix low volume issue!!
5. As you all know I own only SM-G355HN and as I mentioned before there has to be maintainer for each device.
6. What I did regarding twrp for H and M, fix wifi and build roms for them it's because I wanted to encourage other devs (or user enthusiasts )who own devices to include themselves to build. Because I can see here on xda some folks started with development from scratch
