It runs just fine but its a 'bad' copy that i have so I'm stuck between iraq and a hard place..

Yes. Its a Legal app buddy. 1Mobile Market. Using this app, we cannot download using PC. The Point is that u can get the apk copy of the app u are installing from 1 market. By means, u can have the backup of the app u install. Also u can share the apk with ur friends. Its completely legal. There are many apps in the market which creates the apk copy of the apps for backup and sharing purposes. No harm in that. :good:

[Q] Issue with Play Store?

Hi,
Sometimes when I want to download and install some applications from the play store with my mobile (Huawei Honor2) or with my Tab(Asus TF101) I find this sentence "This Item isn't available in your country" or this "This app is incompatible with all of your device", I understand what does it mean but why the specific app is not available or incompatible while my devices have good technical specifications so is there is any way that I can download Apps that I want from the store without search them as an apk file from the google? Any ideas or do u have any tricks that can climb over this silly requirements from the play store!
Regards.

Its because some apps have put country restrictions for example: Google Voice which works only in US I guess and other apps like Netflix, Movies by Flixster etc. all have this country restrictions. There was an app called "Market Unlocker" which bypasses this restriction, but I believe Google has taken down that app from the Play Store. Anyways some other modes of Market Unlocker methods remains at XDA, which claims to work. Use Google and you'll get the results about it.

And the point on remaking a tutorial that everyone already knows is?
Useless thread is useless
Very informative and useful guide for someone who just bought their first android phone. Very nice, keep posting stuff like this and the next time maybe more advanced guide would helpful.

Is there a good Non-Google App Store (already tried Amazon and LG)

(this is a duplicate of my other thread. I realized the question doesn't ONLY apply to my old Nexus 4)
I'm trying to build an android phone with no Google apps on it, for privacy purposes.
I've got LineageOS on my rooted phone with no issues.
Getting apps is another matter. Amazon's app store doesn't even have Amazon's app, the LG store won't run on my phone. The various .apk-download sites I've seen either don't do paid apps, have outdated versions, or are basically for "cracked" apps, which i don't want to use.
Downloading .apk files can work, but most apps do not have such thing available, and I find often my phone's browsers choke on the link, and I have to download to my pc and then use adb to push the file across.
Is there a decent app store (or other app source) that isn't Google?
You could try Fdroid This is the website for Apk
Fdroid is all open source Apk's

What's wrong with Google? Whatever I have a few:
GetJar (Has not be well maintained, spam, malware etc. Lurking on there now)
SlideME (Abondon, apps are so old)
Aptoid (Has some stolen apk, malware)
TutuApp (dumb kids use it to get modded games and apps, don't go there)
The Internet (APKMirror is the best)
Google Play

1: I've decided, if possible, to act on the privacy concerns I've had about google for quite some time now
2: I'm a gun nut law abiding firearms enthusiast and don't appreciate their recent policy changes on Youtube. Since my information is the product they sell to make money, I wish to withhold it.

Thanks for the places to try, all.
In addition to Google Play and Amazon Appstore, I suggest Huawei App Store. http://appstore.huawei.com/
