I recently bought a Nexus 5 and tried to do a factory reset, it has been 5 days and the phone is still erasing, Please help me out with a solution i have tried everything i have read on forums and have had no success. I imported the phone and don't have Google stores around to rectify the issue. Any help will be great.

I would say your best option is to register and ask one of our experts for that device your question here. You should get a reply fairly quick I would think

[Completed] Android Lollipop Installation Problem!!!!!

Hey guys, so I don't know very much at all about android but this site seemed to me to be the best place to try and get an answer.
I own a Nexus 5 running stock Android.
Today I attempted to download and install Android Lollipop however i think something unlucky happened.
Halfway through the download my phone apparently reached its monthly data limit and stopped the download.
When it stopped the download window disappeared and when i got home to wifi, i got a notification saying that it had finished downloading and was ready to install.
The download started and the android man came up with the progress bar but when the progress bar reached the end nothing happened.
I then stupidly turned the phone off and when it came back on i noticed that there was the new type of boot screen but it loops on that.
I have alread gone into the restore menu and reset system and cleared the caches but it hasn't worked.
No idea what to do now, please help me!!!!
Thanks
Hi there
You can ask for help here, but please be more specific about what you actually did to your device, so it's more clear on what "formatting" you did.

[Completed] Kyocera Rise won't start!

Hey guys I got a Kyocera rise like 5 months ago and today it suddenly stopped. I started it and it showed the logo but the android not turning on. There's no problems with the hardware. I tried to factory reset but still doesn't work. On the factory reset menu it says "E: Cannot load volume /misc!". Yep I searched all about the device and all about this problem but didn't find any solution yet. When I connect the phone to my pc theres no connection on them except charging. Please help me out with this.

Hello, and thank you for using XDA Assist!
A factory reset would wipe the phone (except system related info), making the encryption null and void (only affects userdata). Odd that it has no effect.
At any rate, I am connecting this thread to the forum where your device experts can be found:

Please note, in order to respond to replies, you will need to be registered for an XDA account.

[Completed] Fixing Bootloop? LG Tribute/K7 on Boost?

So a few weeks ago I bought a K7 and started messing with the build, which ironically didn't mess it up, but then I was stupid and deleted everything with the name 'network' in it in another equally important location trying to see how the phone would function completely offline. Apparently not so well, Because I messed up and now I get stuck with a boot loop. I tried wiping it completely and resetting the cache, But I screwed that up to now when I plug it in it doesn't even show up as an external drive. It shows up as a random USB connection..
From the research I've read online it looks like I need a stock image of the LG Tribute for Boost? Would there be anything else I need? I'm really lost when it comes to this type of thing.

[Completed] FRP issue, please help...

I bought a Slate 8 tablet from an auction in Ca. They said it was wiped and reset. UNFORTUNATELY, they did it wrong, and the FRP is still in place. I called and talked to the guy I bought it from and he said he didn't know about FRP and the person who's account was on it is dead. He even sent me a copy of the Death Certificate. I can get into the boot loader and it does have an option to recover from adb but that is as far as I get and no help anywhere on the net about a Slate 8 walk around.
??? nobody???
Hi there and welcome to assist,
Unfortunately there is nothing about your question on XDA forum. Try a Google search first.
