Just looking for some advice, I have benn running Cromi-X 5.4 for about a year and was interested in upgrading to Cromi-kk or another KitKat rom?
Will KitKat help with the ram issues with the tf300? Will KitKat speed up things or is Cromi-X the fastest out there, I am running Hunds kernal clocked at 1.6cpu and 520gpu. I was looking into upgrading to a new tablet but the tf300 does everything I want out off a tablet and it's hard to find w a well rounded tablet with good support with all the options sd card, hdmi out and 32gb or more on board and be a fast and good game playing tablet. Thanks for all your input.

Some of aspects of kitkat are better.
Just nandroid backup first in TWRP and try crombi-kk - if you don't like it you can go back
A full wipe is required so you will lose everything so prepare for resetting all back up to how you want it.

Hi!
I'm already set for flashing a custom ROM, but I can't seem to get any confirmation that the dock will work as expected. Could somebody fill me in here and tell me if the hotkeys, trackpad, SD-card slot, second battery and USB-peripherals works as they do on the stock ROM?
i have used ASUS Hydro ROM, Clean ROM, and now BAKED Blackbean, and my keyboard dock has worked flawlessly with all. I recommend BAKED Blackbean ROM, it seems to be the smoothest, and fastest so far.

Hey I know there is a ton of these threads out there but nothings really working for me.. I just got the infinity and I would like to give my tf101 to the wife for school (will be using keyboard dock). So basically I don't care if it's unrooted or what recovery is on it, as long as it's back at stock and stable for her. (unless there is a rom with basically zero issues). It is the ww version and originally had the ics 9.2.1.27 firmware. Any suggestions would be lovely
Currently on eos nightly build 81 with katkernel 70

Hello everybody,
I'm new to the tf700 coming from tf101. I've tried some of the roms from here and most except for pacman (IMO) have issues.
Is there anyway we can get EOS4, atleast, for the tf700? I know 4.3 is the new got to have version but it is not perfected yet.

What do people think about the best ROM for the Asus TF300T tablet? I was using CyanogenMod 10 and have wanted to update to a newer Kitkat(ish) ROM. I tried CROMi & ZOMBi, but I couldn't get either of them to recognise my 64G ext4-formatted sdcard. I've currently installed CyanogenMod 11 which does in fact seem to recognise and mount my ext4-sdcard.
What seems to be the best rom for Asus TF300T currently? Esp. with respect to supporting external ext4 sdcards?
How did ya root your tablet? Please answer
I'm really digging KatKiss. Great performance for gaming, lightweight, flawless so far.

Hi All,
I have a Tf700T with TWRP 2.4.3.0 and CleanRom 3.4.4 in it.
This gives me 4.1 but I would like to move up to 4.4 for a more modern machine.
The question is of the ROMs available today supporting 4.4 which is the most stable and best choice?
Should I upgrade TWRP as well?
TNX
Best 4.4 rom is cyanogenmod 11 official nightlies.
A twrp update seems to be necessary to me... loom into dev-section for information about cyannogen

"Best" is in the eye of the beholder.
Check out Zombi-X or Crombi-KK or if you want to move to a Lollipop rom go for Zombi-POP.
You will need to update your bootloader and recovery no matter what you want to flash....
Check the OP of your chosen rom carefully for instructions
I agree. But for 4.4 cyanogen 11 is best supported i think.
For lollipop its zombi in my point of view
