[Completed] [Q] Nexus 4 bootloop (after root)?

Hi, I am COMPLETELY new at rooting, so please bear with me. I just rooted my nexus 4 a week back and got paranoid. Today, I installed a mod to change the recent apps format to android l. However, when i installed it using CWM, it successfully installed, but then got stuck in a bootloop. The phone wont connect to my computer by USB at all (USB debugging is on), so i cant delete the file that caused it from my computer. In CWM, i wiped all data/factory restored it, wiped all the cache (normal and dalvik), and it still wont boot up. Can someone please help- i need the easiest way possible, since im completely new, as I said. Not restoring to stock os would be preferable. Thanks.

[Completed] Zte v9180 redbull problem

I found that my phone is blocked and won’t connect through fastboot. I went to GSM service 2 days ago and they told me that my phone is blocked (after two days of working on it)
What can I do do unblock it or just flash OTHER rom/RECOVERY?
I cannot execute fastboot commands (win 7 x32, x64, WIN XP – waiting for device), adb works fine.
When I try to install other ROM or gaaps (which i don’t have right now) it says verification failed.
I tried to use recovery tool but it is using fastboot.
Is there a way to wipe all data from the phone and install it from the very beginning or where can I ask or search?
Guys from GSM service told me that my bootloader is locked or something like that
Is there a way without fastboot??
Can I flash mulitlang ROM without fastboot?
PLEASE HELP
(i dont even have gaaps)

[Completed] Nexus 4 memory leak bricked

Hi,
First post here. I have a Nexus 4. I've been trying many things to get my phone going (flashing stock images 5.1.1 and 4.4.4, flashing Cynanogenmod 10.2.1-mako and cm.12.1-20150718-NIGHTLY-mako). Only the nighly cynangenmod had gotten me past the boot animation but the phone would be stuck on 'starting apps' (although sometimes the phone won't get past the boot animation too). I think it has to do with a memory leak because I had similar symptoms and the phone got stuck in a bootloop after I had rebooted when the phone was slow (was running stock 5.1.1 at the time).
The most recent thing I've been trying is this but I haven't been able to get my computer to detect my android so I can delete bootanimation with file explorer. ADB actions work when I'm in recovery mode though.

Any help please?
Edit: I cannot enable USB debugging because the phone is in a bootloop. I've used skipsoft toolkit to install usb drivers but without enabling USB debugging, device mode cannot be detected.
