I have read that if you want to update from 2.3.3 to stuck 2.3.5 and you have the alpharev hboot (6.xxxx) your update crash and the mobile never starts.
Before do the update you have to change the hboot to 2.x version .
It's true? Where can I download the 2.x hboot?
Thanks a lot an sorry for my english.

Thanks anyway..
Just download the latest version of HTC Sync from here. It contains the necessary drivers for Windows 8. Uninstall the current version (if you have installed it)
Also update the Android Platform Tools from SDK Manager
If this doesn't work install drivers with compatibility mode for XP sp3. I was thinking about another thread but this also should do the trick.

There's no risk. Just follow the instructions carefully.
Anyway you have lost your warranty by unlocking bootloader then why can't you install a custom ROM???

Have you tried running the RUU?
I thought you had to be booted upto run RUU.
You could always download and flash any rom and when booted up, run the RUU. You should be able to mount your sd via TWRP.

is not problem in WP7.8... problem is in bootloader... Zune cant downgrade bootloader when roolback update...
only way is flashing with gold card and Y-USB cable SLSPL http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1413694 and after that flash NoDo version http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=915827
but if you bricked bootloader you can forget all about this... maybe HTC service center can do jtag on your device and restore bootloader
Thanks dxdy for the goldcard method but I already know it I cannot wanted to do that any other method
