Please could you see if the photo of my son I converted to 3D works in the phone?
If it does I'll continue to convert some more

yeah, that's what i meant, thanks
done a lot of research into JPS files and I though I'd done everything right...

The photo displays fine and you can enable the 3D effect to it, but it stills shows 2 pictures side by side.

Confirmed that O3D supports jps and mpo 3D photos:

maybe it's the way your browser is downloading them?
one is JPS, the other is MPO
what about both files zipped, that may download correctly?

works on a 3DTV, wonder what needs doing to JPS or MPO files for them to work on the Optimus 3D

.JPS works...the phone instantly recognizes a 3D video or picture by putting a 3D icon in the lower right corner of the media, like this:

He already has the pick in .jps as stated above and it works fine on the unit. NOW, if only I could find a video converter that works properly for it......

Huawei Mate 8 camera takes blurry pictures

Hi every one.
I bought Mate 8 3GB RAM (32GB) today.
Every thing looks fine but the camera disturbed me.
Photos that it takes are very bad (too blurry). but Photos from the close object are ok and it seems that the problrm is the focus and it can't do it well.:crying::crying::crying::crying:
What is the problem? Hardware OR Software?
Now it's updating to B162 (From B103) and i hope it fix but nothing mentioned about the camera.(Can this update fix it?).

I tried Google camera app and I had the same problem.

IMHO these results are not normal at all, there's more than a software problem, like something over the lens...

Yep. This is pretty clearly something that software cannot fix. Hardware problem and I would say it is related to autofocus. Take it to service.

I'm pretty sure it's a hardware issue. I suggest you take it to the service center for repair or replacement.

If you have nothing covering the lens, then IMHO there is definitely a hardware issue...
Contact the support service to possibly get a replacement.

Nope that's not true. . There's no easy way i know of to get a decent sized image.
No matter what you do the image won't get out of the small stupid looking circle.
How on the earth could one design such a bad UI.
Anyone who has successfully fixed it using a mod etc ?

I took pictures of my contacts that are local open up the contact app selected the picture for the individual I cropped it around their face and now when they call me it goes half screen when I call them it goes half screen once you're in a call it goes to the small picture

When they call you it goes half screen. . That's a great thing. Mine doesn't do that and I'm on A8 by the way.
Could i request you to post a screenshot of the incoming call with a contact picture please ? I'd be very thankful to you.
