Greetings all! I'm a little noob when it comes to smartphones so i have to ask.I'm planning to buy Alcatel One Touch Idol 2 S next month and i'm wondering is this phone any good? I'm not looking for a high end phone,but i want it to run smoothly without major and constant stucking.And since Alcatel aren't that famous when it comes to smartphones i couldn't find a lot of reviews.One guy said that the speaker is a catastrophe and that music sound like crap.Is that true? Btw i don't have much money,this phone is currently availible in my country,do you think it's worth it? Thanks a lot,any help is appreciated!

I am considering to buy a second Mobile!
But i am not really sure which one to buy!
I already have a HTC Touch HD! There are 2 Problems i have with the Touch HD! Its too slow for me. I need something that responds the moment i push a button! AND it doenst have a Keyboard. This is my first Touchscreen-Mobile, and i dont really like it!
So i am considering to buy one of the Following Phones!
Nokia E63
HTC Dream aka G1
or
Sony XPeria X1 (dont really know if this would be good, because of WinMo and slow speed)
(unfortunately the Touch Pro is too expensive right now)
So which of those is the best? Regarding the Speed (i have no trouble flashing roms or anything similar!)
Is there another Phone i didnt think of? (WITH QWERTY Keyboard!)

So now i have a HTC Nova(elf) , and i try to get Android work on that!! but for now we can't get sound and some another features , so here is my Problem. I want to buy a new Windows Phone , which one can boot Android without problems, which one to u advice me to buy?

The best phone to buy for that, would be the Touch Pro 2, aka HTC Rhodium. It has the best support as far as I know for dual booting Android and most every feature works as far as I know, except sound which is near the stages of working. If you plug headphones in though, their is sound. Just none through the main speakers. For dual booting Android and Linux, the Touch Pro 2 is your best bet
Leo has also Android working on it (not at 100%) but soon we will have it

I've just bought a second hand HTC TOUCH HD (Branded orange) to get on the smartphone market but there are a few things i need help with.
I've got Windows 6.1, is there anyway I can upgrade to 6.5 or a more recent version?
Also my ROM version is 1.19.61.1WWE, i went on the HTC website for upgrades and it states that my phone is not compatible for any of the upgrades on the TOUCH HD, any way around that?
Basically I need my processor to be faster, i dont want my phone to boot up every single thing when i turn it on, and I want to add loads of application like games etc...
Any help is much appreciated, need more info, dont hesitate,

I am looking to purchase a new android phone as my old HTC Dream finally gave out on me x.x

Ok so i just got this phone less then a month ago, before i had the ZTE Source. Now my question is how come i can get certain apps from the play store with my ZTE but cant get them on my htc phone? as far as i know the htc desire 510 has better hardware, processor, more memory and the latest verison of android kitkat 4.4 so whats the deal ? when i try to download this game called (Legend Online) to my HTC phone it tells me my device isnt compatible, but i have no problem downloading it from the play store with my ZTE. Now the HTC phone has only been out almost 2 months the ZTE has been out about a year now. I thought newer phones was supposed to be more compatible not less. so whats the deal, any suggestions ?
