[APP][UPDATE 10/21/2010]DashBoard V6 (formerly CarMode)

CarMode is now DashBoard! And is now available in the Market! Search "DashBoard" (without the quotes) by Nidus Network.
I'm not getting any info from you guys regarding the Action, Package and Class names for each of your phones/ROMs. I can do this myself but it will take me weeks for there are LOTS of phones/ROMs/versions out there. So to fix the force close issues, I've decided to make the users input the apps themselves by typing in their package and class names. Until I get those info I need, there isn't really any other easier way.

So, how do I make this app work?
Easy Method
1) Install LauncherPro from the Market
2) Go to your phone's home (desktop), press and hold a blank space
3) Navigate to Shortcuts > Activities
4) Look for the app you want to add in DashBoard
5) It will only show you the package class. Most of the time, the package name will be what you mostly see that's familiar with all the package class of that certain app. Write down possible package names/class names (package name is e.g. com.android.settings and class name goes something like com.android.settings.Settings)
6) Fill the info you got in the fields under the Settings in the DashBoard app
7) If you can't find the icon for your app, please request it here and I will make one
You can find some of these by visiting http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=8654315&postcount=35. Also, share what works and what doesn't for you.
Hard Method - More chances of success
1) Install Log Collector from the Market (FREE)
2) Run the app or behavior you want to add
3) Open Log Collector and send the log to your e-mail, or post it here if you need help finding the thing you want to run
4) Look for terms such as com.android.contacts/com.android.contacts/DialtactsActivity
5) That's your clue. Package name is com.android.contacts while class is com.android.contacts.DialtactsActivity
6) Input that to the fields in DashBoard
7) If you can't find the icon for your app, please request it here and I will make one

When activated, DashBoard sends a text message to any person that texts you while Driving Mode is ON and reads the message afterwards, completely handsfree! Like all TTS apps, you need to download TTS Service Extended from the Market and set the speech speed to your liking.

Looks best with MDPI devices (320x480 resolution, e.g. Droid Eris).
As of now, this app is currently in Beta phase. What you see right now does not reflect how it will look like and work in the future. I'm working hard to make changes and add more features. Currently NOT in the Market but available on GetJar.com (updates appear within 24 hours in GetJar.com)

You can fully customize what buttons and icons appear and do. With basic knowledge on package name and package class, you can launch any app/behavior you want from your phone!

Display button gives me a Force Close. Which app do you call?
Shazam, Navigation, FC too, but once you get "settings" to work will be fine.
You need also to add a "delete note" button.
You should also try higher resolution if it's possible in AppInventor.

In landscape mode, I still have 2x3 icons and have to scroll down to find the other icons.

i'm trying it on SE x10 mini (e10i), android 1.6 last SE official italian rom.
the app starts, but taping on the DIALER, MESSAGES, CALL LOG, CONTACTS or DISPLAY buttons, the app crashes and i've to tap on "terminate" (app disappear and i'm back on android desktop).
i've also tried SHAZAM, NAVIGATION, VOICE SEARCH and other app buttons... works fine.
I think that SE'd modified a lot the platform and calls to DIALER and so on are not the same of the "regular" android.

What else should I add? The less the better 'cause I don't want people to be distracted too much when driving! Please do suggest! If you're familiar with App Inventor and is good at it, may I ask some advice from you? Send me a PM. Thank you!

If I may, something that I think Car Home from google is lacking, and would be a great feature for your program:
When I enter my car, I have to put my phone on the charger, enable bluetooth, enable GPS and start my navigation software. I think this is quite a hassle, and should be shortened.
Car home has a nice feature: when the paired carkit is found, it starts up. This could be so much more though. What I'm proposing is the following:
1) I put the phone on the carkit.
2) Carmode detects a charger, and activates bluetooth for 30 seconds.
3a) Carmode doesn't find the paired carkit, and deactivates bluetooth again OR
3b) Carmode finds the carkit, fires up the GPS, and launches it's GUI with the big buttons.
4) I remove the phone from the carkit, Carmode detects this, and shuts down bluetooth and GPS connections, and programs launched from it's GUI and the GUI itself.
I have no idea how much of this is actually possible, and how much is already there, but this would be awesome, and I would pay for an app that does this, and I'm sure I'm not the only one.

Awesome work! This is a great app and seems to be getting better every day.
I haven't installed it yet but the one thing that I can see as a possibility is to add a "voice note" instead of typing. The typing thing is a no no while driving but if you could speak a note and play it back later it could be a big time saver.

Oh my, force closes are bad I never thought about the differences in actions/classes/packages in every ROM/version/phone.
I based it on a Froyo ROM:
Display: com.android.settings.display
Dialer: com.android.contacts.DialtactsActivity
Navigation: com.google.android.maps.driveabout.app.DestinationActivity
Shazam: com.shazam.android.Tagging (straight to the Tagging, not the splash screen, saves a couple of seconds)
For the high resolution, I'm currently working on it

Brilliant idea! But I think , right now, AI has a lot of limitations. It still can't detect phone's charging state and could not toggle GPS on/off I'll find a way though so just tune in I like that idea

Thank you everyone for your comments and suggestions! I'm so happy If you guys have LauncherPro as a home replacement app, could you guys check the Activites (long press the desktop > Shortcuts > Activities), and check what calls (e.g. com.android.settings, etc) the:
Navigation
Dialer
Settings
Display
Maps
Contacts
Shazam
.. and whatever you seem is good to add (you could also take a screenshot, much easier, whatever suits you)

And one more thing, can you guys take a screenshot of how CarMode appears in your phone, especially for high resolution devices (greater than 320x480 screens) so I'll know what parts to fix? 'Cause I only have the Eris (MDPI) to try on. Gracias!

LOL... There is a Car Mode (found on market) and CarModeV3 (this very app we are talking about).
@xr4v3nx, maybe you should change your app name since there is already one on the market. Think about changing the app icon too (that's my opinion). It looks awful on X10. Maybe because of the higher resolution.

Oh, like what miztaken1312 said, please provide more info. The probable cause is that the intent/action/package/class I placed was different for your phone. ROM and phone model?

[APP] Goldfish Memory

Hi everybody,
I would like to present you my new app. If like me you forgot everything, I'm sure you will enjoyed it
It's called Goldfish Memory, so the goal is quite obvious It's a todo list, but a todo list mostly based on the location. I've noticed that when I've something to do, I know where to do it (at home, work, when leaving the subway, etc.) most than when to do it.
So with Goldfish Memory, when you create a new task you can set it a place and when you arrive at this place, you will receive an alert that you have something to do, whatever the time. Next, you can ask to be alerted again in 5 minutes or the next time you will come back to this place. It's quite simple and you can set any address you want.
As it's a todo list you can also simply define a date and hour at when you want to be alerted. If you combine both date and location, you will only be alerted when you arrived at the defined location, the day you've setted or, at the latest, at the hour defined.
It's a nice and simple app and I've just finished it so I would be happy if people try it and more if people like it ! Don't hesitate to give feedback (goods or bads) !
The app doesn't use GPS (too slow, not battery-friendly), only network location. The algorithm adapt itself to the current accuracy (which vary a lot) in order to find when to trigger a task. So don't worry, it will not drain your battery and it will work even inside buildings or underground.
The next fonctionnalities I've planned to implement are :
- synchronisation with some online todo list services (Google Tasks, RTM, etc...)
- add action buttons directly in the notification on Jelly Bean
- the possibility to repeat a task every days/weeks/months
- improve the algorithm for triggering a location-based task using the speed
- and more !

Great idea and app...but lets face it. GPS lock is slow on most devices and it kinda stops the whole purpose of this app. Now apart from that its a whole lot better then the paid apps that just give normal to do lists. Good job

You're totally right, that's why I don't use GPS, only network location : always available and battery friendly. Accuracy isn't always great but I've made a small algorithm that adapts itself to the current accuracy. I tweak it regulary to improve it, it's also why I'm looking for feedback. I'm quite happy of it for now.

It would be interesting to accurate the position with real GPS fix. You can do this occasionally, randomly (with a heuristic) or thanks to an algorithm. What do you think about that ?

Due to the network location provider used by the app, accuracy can vary a lot (from 200/500m to 1500m) so, with my algorithm, the trigger radius varies with the accuracy. I prefer that the app alerts you too early that never. If it's too early, you can always snooze it like you said.
But I'm actively working on this part. In a future release, I think the app will sometimes turn on the GPS or Wifi in order to have a better accuracy. I'm still working on when to do that and it will be optional because I know a lot a people don't like that apps turn on/off sensors without asking. So, stay tuned

To be user friendly its one of my main goals. I've tried a lot of todo lists and if I've ended up making my own it's also because they tend to have too much options. In the end, they are more organizers than todo list. But me, I only need a todo list. So : Goldfish Memory

I like the orange fonds but try using the Light theme which is a white backround. It may look better than the black. Or give the user the option to switch between several as I dont particularly like blackish backrounds

Ok. Had it for 3 days now and no probs but...the widget. I feel it should be resizeable on ics (like fb widget on ics tablets) im not sure if this is too much to ask but its just that when i only have 1 task the rest of the space take up too much space i could use for other widgets. Maybe a small scrollable widget would be easier to make then resizable. So i can have the big widget when i need it and a small one when i want it. Or maybe widget buttons that keeps the widget small but changes current task the widget shows with 2 buttons. And maybe (just as a widget extra) add +task , delete task and edit task buttons for a better widget ui (the app ui its self is great)

Yes, the widget is definitly something that will evolve in future releases. But, it is already resizable. Do you mean that it should be more resizable horizontally ?
Scrollable widget is already planned. Concerning more actions directly in the widget, I will think on how to integrate that.
I've planned a new release for the end of the week, so I will try to add the widget stuff in the next one.

This is an amazing idea. I love the concept and design of it. I have never really use any task reminder app before, but if i want to use one, that will be this app.

At which point it failed ? Are you using the quick task button or do you use the full form ? It's a strange bug because the only thing I can see now is that the app can't access to the internet (needed to make the translation from the coordinates to an human address). Do you have ICS with a quota for the network data ?

??? Im running ics stock rom on a device. 101 (not literaly) widgets are resizable but not goldfish mem...im not sure if its just my device or a bug in installation...
EDIT: installation bug i think. It now works and the horrizontal resizing could be added but...i dont think its too nessesary

I have already incorporated many features suggested by xda members. Any suggestion is welcome, and if I have time and I find it appropriate, I'll add it!
LAUNCHING IN PREVIOUS STATE:
Since v0.8.3 SwiftOpen launches apps in their previous state instead of restarting. Some apps behave different than expected, and need to be treated in a different manner so that they are resumed instead of restarted (like Whatsapp and gReader). I have a white list of these apps, so if you find an app that is restarted tell me and I'll try to verify that they'll be resumed if treated differently, to add them to the whitelist.
SOME PHONES:
The app does not work on some Huawei phones because of the rom -apps with floating windows don't work there. At least with those that I've tested. If someone has a Huawei phone with stock rom and it works, please tell me.
It does not work with some Xiaomi Redmi either. If someone has a Xiaomi phone and finds that the app works with the stock rom, please also tell me.
It is not because of the code in the app, but the rom those phones have...
VERSIONS:
v0.4 and v0.5 have not been optimized for Lollipop.
From v0.5.1 and up it is optimized for Lollipop.
In v0.6 the signature and the package name have changed (among other stuff) which means you'll have to configure it again, as it won't install on the previous version but in parallel. I'm sorry about this. The apk is also larger, because of the icons and all the changes in the project structure; it'll improve in next versions, I hope.
0.6.2 uses more ram than it should, and there are a few other issues.
ANDROID ISSUES:
If you go to the home launcher and then launch an app, it won't be launched until about 5 seconds after going home. It's how Google wants it to be, and I'll try a workaround in the future but I'm not sure if it'll work. Nevertheless, the point of this app is not needing to go to the home launcher
BETA:
This app is currently in beta. All your feedback will be more than welcome.
And you can also suggest new features...
If the app crashes it asks you to send me an email, with the Logs. You can see what is being send, so don't worry about your privacy, it is safe!
OPEN SOURCE:
Now I have to fix some bugs, add a bit of functionality, and clean up the code. Whenever this is done (in a few weeks, I hope) the app will be open source.

Yes, it's planned. I will add the features I have planned so that you know them. But that's after bug fixing, when the app is open source. So it'll take a while yet. At least a month.

I've been looking for something like this for so long. I simply love shortcuts. I've been trying it for a day now and here is my feedback (and some suggestions):
- Settings don't apply inmediately. You have to turn off and close the app and then restart it for them to work. (It would be awesome to see real-time changes (i don't know how difficult that is), for example, for the vertical position of the border detection).
- The alt+tab function is simply genius, i use it more times than i expected. Keep that up.
- Rows and columns could be editable for each table. For example, i got a "Contacts table" (where a folder in my main page redirects to) where i'd like 6 contacts but i want 4x3 icons in my "Main table". So that would be a cool feature too.
- The permanent icon: I don't know it's purpose. If it's only to close the app, maybe an in-app long press button or something will do better and be less invasive for the drawer?

Thank you very much for your feedback. About settings, I know that and its in the bug list to be fixed.
Rows and columns editable for each table is also into consideration. Nevertheless I don't think it is intuitive because the cells would not be in the same position.
And if the permanent icon means the notification, it is because to ensure that the app is not killed by the system, it is required to have a permanent notification.
If you give me more feedback it will be highly appreciated

Here's some more
Here are two more things i noticed:
- The border detector sometimes gets graphically buggy and it shows a big rectangle where the thin line should be. I assume it's the detector losing its transparency. I have a Nexus 4 running cm11 M10 (maybe it's only my problem)
- And second, sometimes when you accidentally fast click the border, it opens youtube (in my case the top central shortcut) instead of the one that belongs to the very edge of my screen (which i have empty to prevent this cases in particular, though it seems not to work)
I leave a screenshot with my config also.

About the big rectangle in my phone it happens very very rarely. But I'll fix it as soon as I discover what causes it.
And about launching YouTube, I'll look into it. Nevertheless it shouldn't be necessary to leave that cell empty if you use the "distance to drag necessary..." preference. I know the name is not intuitive but it prevents the detector from opening the launcher when the drag is very short (taps).

Awesome app, I'd love to see it fully perfected!
Here's my feedback:
1. When the launcher is activated when in SwiftOpen Settings, the activity stack is all messed up, (especially if you go into creating a new table and opening the launcher while configuring it). While pressing back, the same activities come repeatedly and I have to press back a lot of times to exit the settings. Not a big issue, but a rough edge to be polished. I think it can be solved by providing a separate task stack for the launcher activity alone, by specifying a
Code:
android:taskAffinity
for the launcher activity in the manifest file.
2. Android limitation of launching an activity from a service only after at least 5 sec, is unfortunate. I was riddled with the same problem, however to overcome that, I replaced the activity and made the entire thing "draw over other apps". I am not sure whether it'll work properly in this case, but worth a try anyway.
I'll come back soon for the updates.
Edit: I guess point 2 is in place, since I don't see the delay anymore.

I noticed the stack issue and forgot to write it down, so haven't tried to fix it. I'll try as soon as possible. Thanks for the feedback!

When you swipe away the apps from the "recent menu" (i dont know how to call it, it's the bottom right soft button on a Nexus4) and you leave it completely empty, using the Alt+tab function closes the app everytime.
It may be silly but that's a bug i think (although not very critical )

So unread counts are planned, for SMS missed calls and Gmail i will add a plugin if you are running android < 6.0. Whatsapp / FB and Twitter have no way to get unread counts BUT i will add notifications support so you will be able to count unread notifications. Stay tuned

Great! it will be great to have most of zooper's customization features. Is there anyway to change the weather iconset? I liked zooper's resizable vector icons with option to change its color and alpha opacity.

Yeah sure, in KWGT you can even use SVG files for that and distribute them as Komponents, please check the "featured" section when adding a Komponent you will see many for download or search for Weather Komponents around, there are also some tutorials on the official page

Taking Zooper looks like abandonware, tryed this app. Look good, but placing text is a crime. Using Zooper you can give an area a destiny of text and regulate the max amount of lines, etc. Within KWGT I don't have real control over text items. This is a must have

I can add the max number of lines on next release, very easy, i do not however understand the "etc", what else is missing? Also did you check the list of things that Zooper cannot do compared to KWGT? Its here. I know i am biased but i think KWGT is years ahead.

I also see a lot of similarites with Zooper, which makes me think it is based on in a new iteration (which makes me doubt for buying before I know it fits). It also could be a new app which uses Zooper and takes it a level further. (Seen a reaction in another thread, other people are doubting because of this). My goal: Getting the right app to do the things I want with my home screen And yours looks promising
My main problem is the widget size, compared to the text control. I understand you translate 720 to all other devices. But if I edit "my widget", it only gets a width which is maxed for a halve or third of the screen (On my Galaxy S6 using nova launcher). This makes editing harder to do. Scaling is one option, but it does not yet works practical for me (PEBKAC ?)
Also changing orientation looks like it is missing a correct scaling (widget gets wider, but it looks like it is smaller). But it changes, instead of zooper . There is also a lag when changing orientation (default redraw timer, not reacting to orientation switch).
What I like would be a text region on my canvas, which I can position and give a height (or max height) and width.
Dimensions are now based on
- Fixed width, which does not give me enough control to position multiline text (control is lost especially in the vertical)
- Fixed Font height, which results in text running out of the screen
- Fit width, which does not use the amount of space in the vertical
My suggestion would be to separate the text and text region (settings).
- Setting the dimensions: (width fixed or relative E.g. 100%, height), give the postion (fixed or relative)
- Setting the font info: How to use the region e.g. fixed font size, fill, vertical/horizontal alignment, max amount of lines/single line, (max amount of characters ?)
The etc is/was a lazy way of saying the above

This has nothing to do with Zooper, i started KLWP (and then KWGT) because i felt options on the store were really too bad in terms of resources and features and UI, so this is inspired by other widget makers (and wallpaper makers too) but completely on its own, so, you should avoid thinking about Zooper when using KWGT as its quite different on some fundamentals.
Anyway you do not actually need to buy KWGT since all features are available in the free version, but if you buy it and you feel you want a refund in, say, 1 month from now, just drop me an email, will refund.

The widget is different from the live wallpaper, in the widget with no scaling "720" means the shortest side of the widget (so the height on a 4x2 or the width in a 2x4), but you should not care about that since there is no limit on that anywhere and scaling just changes how that size is interpreted (so with scaling set to 200 720 will become 360), not sure why is impractical, it just works and scales correctly (Zooper does not even scale, if you change the widget size you have to relayout manually...). If you scale a KWGT it will redraw and adapt based on its size automatically.

You need to set Orientation to "AUTO" in the Widget settings, by default KWGT expects that your launcher orientation is locked. If you set it to AUTO it will draw properly in both orientation rearranging everything based on size, it will still have some lag, like 100/200ms depending on the complexity because KWGT will redraw everything (this is different from Zooper / UCCW they always draw both the landscape and portrait so there is no lag but they are much less efficient because you end up drawing something that you do not need most of the times doubling the resources required like RAM and CPU / Battery).

You can do max amount of characters or even ellipsize using $tc(ell, text, 10)$ for example, that will cut and if larger add "..." at the end. For everything else i think having the max number of lines combined with the fit width will do exactly what you want.

I was a zooper user for many years, and like others I began to realize that it appears to be an abandon product - certainly there were no updates for a long time.
I was looking to where to go in the future, and looked at all the similar products. KWLP (KWGT was not available at the time) appeared to be the most sophisticated of the alternatives.
I discovered that I was able to replicate all of my zooper widgets in KWLP - and it gave me even more capabilities. The only personal downside was that I prefered widgets (and the ease of placement on a page) to the live wallpaper. Then KWGT - gave me everything. In a very short time, I took all of my zooper, now kwlp items to kwgt. I now consider kwgt a complete (and then some) replacement to zooper. Bottom line, there was a small learning curve, but once past that I have everything I had with zooper and then some. On top of that, kwlp/kwgt is under constant development and super support from the developer. You can see from the responses above that he takes customer support and product quality/development very seriously. Zooper has no active development and I question if there is a future at all.
kwlp/kwgt has a very active user community on g+ (frankly I like xda forums better) - but there is alot of community and developer support.
Basically I made the switch and am very happy to have done so.

The latest version has a strange bug. $nc(csiga)$ often freezes and constantly displays 9 (not 99!) until I lock the screen. I never had this bug on Zooper, so it's not hardware or firmware.

This loading issue has been reported by more than one user, i cannot reproduce it on my device and it does not happen on the live wallpaper version (KLWP) so i can't really understand what its going on, can you create a full bug report as explained here: http://kustom.uservoice.com/knowledgebase/articles/615645-send-debug-data (follow the android bug report section), that will be very useful
To copy a widget into another you have 3 options:
Open the first, select all items press "copy" and then open the second and press paste
Export and then Import
Use Komponents (and export them as well)

Yeah sure, to create a formula based progress bar just do the following:
Set progress to "Custom", a new option will show called "Progress"
Select the option called "Level" and turn it into a formula
Use a formula that returns a value between 0 and 100 ($bi(level)$ for example)
Select the sections you need

I am creating an IOS style status bar and it is coming up nicely but i ran into a few issues. I am using a formula to set the visibility to ALWAYS or NEVER when bluetooth, airplane mode, wifi, carrier bars etc are turned on/off. It works perfectly for airplane mode, wifi, 3G/4G etc but there is a delay of say 5-10 seconds when i turn bluetooth and alarm on/off. Is there a way to speed up the refresh rate?

So for Alarm its not currently because android does not actually "broadcast" the change, i am working on a better approach on Android 5.x or better but i am not sure that will entirely fix this.
For bluetooth it will be fixed in next release (just forgot to register a listener for that)

Great! I look forward to next release. I forgot to mention that 3G/4G [ nc(dtypes) ] also takes a while although it is usually less than 5 seconds but delay is still there.
Question: Suppose we have 3 items like shape1, shape2 and shape3. They are horizontally or vertically displayed inside a stacked group. If i set the visibility of shape2 (middle one) to "NEVER" it disappears but it still takes that space and there is a big gap between shape1 and shape3. Is there a way to snap shape3 to shape1 so there will be no gape if the visibility of shape2 is set to NEVER? This is currently causing some design issues and i can't find a way to fix this.

Not sure, if I understood your questions ... but yes, you can add the network mode activity, like any other activity, to this tile.
BUT the network mode is a tricky one ... the network mode activity uses some heavy workarounds and standard Android, manufacturers and even roms (looking at you cm/lineage) mess around with this feature .... sometimes adding a 3 seconds wait activity between the network mode activity and another activity will solve issues, sometimes it does not ... If it does not work for you, send me a message with details (device, rom, root methode, quicktile activities and a log file) and I will have a look ... but don´t expect a fix.... some things are not fixable

QuickTile has more than 50 different activities, some easy to understand (like the standard device settings activities), some more unique, complex and powerful. A lot of users ask me which activities to use and how to handle complex setups, so I decided to introduce some use cases. A lot of these activities are unique (no other app will provide something similar), so I will focus on these activities. In each post I will introduce 2-4 features/ activities ... so let´s start with:
# Text-to-Speech:
QuickTile has a powerful Text-to-Speech engine. Currently 3 different activities are supported:
- Text-to-Speech: Let QuickTile Speak any text you want ... you can combine this with any other activity to give you some audio feedback, for example combine the text "WiFi ON" with the WiFi ON activity ... or you can use it for fun and let your device say "good morning ascsa" or something completely different.
- Speak time: Tells you the time
- Say Date: Tells you the date
# External Plugin:
This unique feature let you use standard automation plugins with QuickTile. What does that mean: You can use a wide range of automation plugins (the same you could use with e.g. Tasker) to fire automation task activities ... for example you could fire "Secure Settings Plugin" activities with QuickTile or use "Pushbullet" to send notifications to other devices or you can fire "Greenify" tasks. All you have to do is install the Plugin App and choose your activity via the "External Plugin" Group.

Received a lot of positive feedback for the previous "QuickTile cool features" postet, so let´s have a look at some other cool activities and features in QuickTile:
# Music Player (Start/Launch)
You can fire up your music player and start playing music (play/pause parameter recommended)....
Yep, doesn´t sound much, BUT you can combine this activity with other activities and features and create your own customized "play music profile" ... e.g. add the "Set Music vol" activity and bring your media volume to 100 % and also add the "Ringer" activity (both -> Device settings) with the "Do NOT Disturb" parameter to enjoy your music ....AND you can add an additional cycle to stop the music, bring back your music volume to e.g. 34 % and bring your Ringer mode back to normal ...cool :good:
Cycle 1:
- Music Player : Play
- Set Music Volume: 100
- Ringer: Do not Disturb
Cycle 2:
- Music Player : Stop
- Set Music Volume: 34
- Ringer: Normal
Remember to choose a Pause icon (II) for cycle 1 and a Play icon (>) for cycle 2 and matching labels, because QuickTile will always show you the icon + label for the next cycle ... You can also add more activities like bluetooth on/off or Navigation to this Tile
#Navigation (Start/Launch)
Start a Navigation ... Just enter your desired address as parameter and you are good to go ... or keep the address empty to just open your navigation app
You can also combine this activity with other activities start a custom car mode (e.g. WiFi off, Bluetooth on, Music Player Play etc.)
or you can try out the Android Car Mode (depends on your rom / device)

Start the android car mode ... I would recommend to install Android Auto and you should be good to go

Screen off time: Have you tried the Display timeout activity ? just add a parameter (ASAP depends on device/ firmware, but all others should work on all devices :fingers-crossed
volte: VoLTE has no native Activity ... not sure if it´s possible via shell or root shell command (I do not use it and can not test it) ... Anyone with feedback regarding volte ?

For VoLTE switch I found the correct option, see my attached pic....
For screen off time I looking for the right set up if I have more time ^^
