Hello,
since yesterday my Youtube App stopped suddenly to load videos (401 Error) I could browse them though only playback was not possible.
Google Play stopped working too, it has no connection and when I try to add a new google account it says "no stable connection to google servers" etc.
I have searched the web, followed some suggestions already, like clearing the cache partition and deleting the dalvik cache.
Even deleted Youtube / Google Services / Uninstalled Google Play updates.
And downloaded the .apk for Google Play manually.
Nothing helps.
Is there anything I could do now?

Hi,
You could try reinstalling your rom and gapps if there are a gapps package , but other than that, I'll have your thread moved to your device section.
Good luck !

Done, Gapps didn´t appear again
So downloaded Play Store apk from here. http://www.apkmirror.com/apk/google-inc/google-play-store/google-play-store-5-1-11-apk/
Still the same error.
Downloaded alternative Youtube app now. Even this can´t load any youtube videos. Although browsing them works fine.
try to reinstall google play services
Didn´t help, I guess its bricked for some reason and I need to reflash completely
I guess Google just decided to not support my device anymore.
After wiping everything and intalling CM7+Gapps first everything worked nicely. Then Market updated to PlayStore and force-installed the Google Play Services.
After some more background updating the system was more and more laggy until the services were at. approx 200MB size. Which is the system storage of the P500.
:good:
Well went back to Stock ROM Backup by CWM Recovery.
First it worked now after a while again Network error in the market. (other preinstalled gapps, old youtube and such are working though) So I dont know what to do anymore.

First of all i have tried and tested this on my AT&T Atrix2 running on ICS leak2 and it worked for me flawlesly.it should work for everyone but i can't guarantee that it will.
I didn't develop any of this i just folllowed the steps in this thread and i was good to go.so basically anyone following these steps should be fine.
YOU MUST READ HERE FIRST:http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1747224
Okay so now first of all YOU MUST BE ON ICS TO FLASH THIS.
What i did was downloaded the M7_online.zip,M7_ofline.zip,M7_update.zip and Google_Now_Remover.zip from the forum above.
U need to have minimum of 30mb free in system to flash the online version and 60mb for ofline version.
Now since you wanna try this on odexed system chance are you will not be having this much of free space in the system.so to free up space you can use n number of methods but i don't wanna go into that.
The method which i used was with an app which almost all of u must be familiar with Titanium Backup.as you might already be aware you must rooted to use this.using TB I uninstalled many bloatwares.you can also do the same but a safer way would be to freeze the programs you want to uninstall first and see if everything is working well.if it is then you can go ahead and uninstall it.but hey this is your risk to take.btw the programs i uninstalled were Google plus,Google talk,Music Store,Google play Music,Zumocast,MotoPrint,Facebook, Google play books,Google play movies and tv and i had about 58mb of space which was sufficient to install any of the version of Google now(online or offline).
Then to install google now just boot into custom recovery using bootmenu and flash the appropriate zip M7_online.zip if you want to save space or M7_ofline.zip if space is not a problem in your case.
you.can update your version of.Goolge now by flashing M7_update.zip.it will update either online version or the ofline version depending on which ever you have installed.
If you don't like google now you can revert to previous search by flashing Google_Now_Remover.zip
I am running on ICS leak2 odexed.
Attached are screenshots to backup my claim.

Thanks for this... but it force closes for me whenever I open up. The same was true with the download from the Play Store.
I'm running AOKP 4.1 on a Galaxy Tab 10.1. Any thoughts?

I recommend deleting the old Voice Search.apk Flie before flashing Gapps.zip's because developers arent removing the old google search bars and voice search apk's. I found after deleting all old google search apps and files then reboot back into Recovery and flash your Gapps.zip file and try again. It seem to stop the crashing. But If you already have things setup on your device I'd recommend deleting both Voice Search.apk and or file names such as QuicksearchBox.apk and try re-installing Google Search again might help.
Hope any of this helps. My methods aren't the greatest but I had just messed around for a little bit tell I got it to stop crashing.
The only crashing I get with my Google Now is when I try a voice search command with "What's this Song?" with the new update.
Thanks for the Link I posted it up in my post for others to find quickly.

Still no solution means the Google didn't contact you, what you did you report to Google from the app ,do not report to Google from the app the will not contact you back.

Google, Customer service(call this number and explain your problem)
Or this number does not work just type google toll free number for your country name in Google search
May be need wipe cache.
Ok I will definitely contact Google.
And regarding wipe cache I have installed stock ROM for my device 3days back after wiping cache by twrp. The phone is as new as buying from stores.
May be due to your google services.Find gapps zip latest and up.
Just randomly find the solution to my problem. I just downloaded three times older version of drive (version 1.2.2 ) and its working perfectly. Maybe there is problem with new updates. Anyways thanks for you kindness and help. Three cheers to xda!!!

Is your version of GPM installed as a system app? Installing the latest update from APK Mirror doesn't seem to work on the stock rom with system google apps.

It isn't I am on true pure MM rom. Has to be as user app.

I was just able to get Google Play Music changed over to a user app on my Stock systemless rooted MM. I did not follow the OP's instructions though. First I thought that Titanium backup would be able to convert it to a user app, but it ended up hanging. Instead I used Root Explorer to go into system/priv-app and delete the Music2.apk. After that I rebooted to make sure that GPM was removed. Once I confirmed it was gone from the system I re-installed it from the Play Store, and moved it to SD.
All works fine now.
Anyone have any idea how to make this work on a non-root (stock) device? I really hate the fact that this scenario doesn't work properly... I have no access to my 128 GB SD card space.
