[Boot Animation] Honeycomb Bee + Droid Eye Animations

First post here on XDA ^O^
Well anyway I've decided to be a solid provider of boot animations. After many trials and tribulations I have released my first booty!
And hey don't be afraid to request an animation!
Make sure to rename the .zip to bootanimation.zip
UPDATE: Added my own little version of the Droid Eye! Enjoy!
UPDATE 9/5/2011:
Here are the previews!
Honey Booty Preview: youtube.com/watch?v=ap4IF8iQOcw
Droid Eye Preview: youtube.com/watch?v=eu9MZOK_9uM
UPDATE 9/6/2011:
Version 2 of the DROIDEYE. I was thinking of a way to add a more natural motion to the rotational effect. SO! I give you the beauty of a radial motion blur! @[email protected] Simple but in my opinion a wonderful improvement.
Droid Eye v2 Preview: youtube.com/watch?v=b1iywmpsf3M
UPDATE 9/10/2011:
Removed original DroidEye Animation. PM if you still want it
DROIDEYE REDUX Added!! Think of this little booty as the true image of the Tegra 2 XD
REDUX (12.9mb) download here: mediafire.com/?vyrfkyohruf9udo
preview: youtube.com/watch?v=qPtwbuw2O8o
Going to give it a go right now before I go to bed.
Thanks for the work.

Thanks! Tell me whatcha think.
Hi,
i tried to flash the droid eye but CWM says Installation Aborted...redownload, reflash, same problem...i had changed the filename to bootanimation.zip as per your instruction...
any idea?
I love people sharing their boot animations, it's great to have a couple to choose from
However, is it possible to make the previews animated? Like an animated gif or similar? I know it's a *****y request to make but I just feel it can give a greater impression for potential downloaders
Cheers either way! Keep it up!

You don't flash these. These are the bootanimation.zip proper, so you need to just copy the bootanimation.zip into /system/media (root required, obvs)
Droid eye is wicked!!!! Love it!

You can also push it to data/local for those without root

http://www.androidpolice.com/2011/08/26/download-the-official-droid-bionic-boot-animation/
For stock rom:
Installation
1. Download the file(s) to your SD Card
2. Open Root Explorer (or an app like it)
3. Copy the file you wish to move
3. Paste to directory /system/customize/resource
4. Set file's permissions to:
- First Column: all three checked
- Second Column: first one checked only
- Third Column: all three unchecked
5. Reboot to test
Enjoy!
Click to collapse
check your default.xml in the system/customize/CID and look near the bottom for the bootconfig. line and if you see<BootAnimation animation="/system/customize/resource/bootanimation.zip" (this can be different)
(audio="/system/customize/resource/android_audio.mp3" />(could be data/local as well) that part lets you know if you have audio enabled or not. if its there you do and if not then... no
Tests and Report
i let my phone always reboot, just to see this animation!!!
Glad ya guys like it, Motorola phones always have had good boot animations, from the razr to the bionic.
