Titanium wants me to turn on debugging and I can't find it.
I have looked under Settings>Application Manager and other places.
Tap build number 7-8 times in about device
worked.............now awaiting next problem

Hello, this is my first post and, first of all, I'd like to give a big THANK YOU to the BroodROM developer. I got my Samsung Galaxy S Plus a week ago and, after reading a lot, I decided to flash this rom. Everything's working perfect (performance, battery, etc.) and I tried to to tune up the rom through Configurator Beta 3.
I have an issue with the Configurator (no matter wich version). I plug the phone to usb port, choose the "Connect computer" button on phone's screen and run the configurator. Click on Authenticate but it hangs and do nothing. I tried to run with the /nocheck parameter and I started the Configurator but no option worked.
I don't know if it's related but when I tried to run the bat file for the "battery tweak" it didn't work. I plug the phone to the same Usb port where I flashed the rom with Odin.
Hope anyone could help me to be able to run the Configurator. I'm not sure if I do all the correct steps when I connect the phone to computer. I got it in "massive storage" option and debugging mode checked. Thanks in advance.

I have exacly the same problem.
try to check ur USB debugging in ur phone setting. Setting - application - development & check USB debugging. then try reconnect again to ur pc.
Is broodrom still alive for the newer devices?
I used to enjoy it alot, was always fast and reliable.
I have a big problem.
I have Android 4.0.5 phone (MTH 6573) GT-N7000, HK-I9220.
Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with system installed Launcher Pro and I have installed other launchers.
then, with root uninstaller I have uninstalled Launcher Pro, and the phone left in USB debug not clicked.
Now, I cannot enter the settings, because Launcher Pro is not working.
I can enter in the factory mode. Also I can transfer files on SD card in the phone.
But, I cannot do FINAL STEP (with ODIN software) , because the phone cannot be connected 100 % (USB debugging is not clicked) , to reinstall 4.0.5 software.
Can you help me, and give me instruction how to debug my phone in this state?
Hi,guys.I have flashed the bb9 (great rom,thanks) for my ville,and i can turn on USBMS once after flashing,but now i find that it doesn't work anymore.everytime i plug my phone to the computer(win7),it shows the "Turn on USB storage" option,but when i try to do that,just nothing happen,and it turn back to the green one "Turn on USB storage" again after a while,i also found adb can't connect the phone after this,i have to unplug it and plug again for the connection.I have searched a lot for this ,and it seems that not many people have this issue .it also happened on the other CM10.1 based rom,and on CM10 it just worked fine.Here are the details and thanks for your time:
BAKED rom version:baked_ville_bb-9 with 3.0.80 kernel(same issue with BB8)

This issue seems to be caused by the incompatibility between the app "wechat" （AKA “weixin"， released by Chinese software company "tencent"） and CM10.1,especially if wechat is running. I uninstalled this app and USBMS works well now。
But I also found the USBMS's transfer speed is very low,it is even lower than MTP's,just got about 2MB/s.why?

I've been looking all day, but can not find the exact setting in build.prop file to set "Connect To PC" setting for my custom ROM to default to "ON" instead of "Off".
See while I'm working on this ROM I want to be able to just flash and start testing apps (or tell the unit to switch back to flasher mode cause I jacked something up).
So I found the needed build.prop values for having debug mode enabled by default, but just cannot for the life of me locate the settings for "Connect To PC".
If it matters the ROM is being made 3 flavors. 4.2.2, 4.4.2, and 5.0.

I need to know if anyone know how I can get into Debugging mode? Under settings, it does not have that option...I have all the files I need to root but cannot because I can't find this option. Is there some file I can download to get this option to show?
Found my answer..if DEvelopers Option is hidden..then foolow these procedures and it will unlock!!!
go to Settings> General> About and tap the Build version 7 times.
Now scroll to Build number and tap it 7 times.
After tapping the Build Number 7 times, you will see a message “You are now a developer!”
