I have galaxy note 2 .. My problem started with low speed charging ,i changed my usb cable with new one with 1.8amp(measured by galaxy charging current) ..it much fast than the other .. After while i had power drain in the battery.. Noticed that my battery is puffed , i bought new one from sumsung and it work great .. My problem is that i am afraid of the new usb cable (1.8) may be the cause of battery is puffed ?!!! *and there is little heat in mobile back when i charge with the new cable , am afraid that cable may harm my new battery .. Do i keep using it or use another low amp cable and that heat is normal or not ?!!!
Help plzzz, and thx for advance ..

You can buy an anker battery who comes with external charger, this solve your problem, the alternative is to buy a mainboard for your sensi, but I think this is much more expensive solution...
Get lucky!!
I bought an usb cable (not samsung) for my Galaxy Note 10.1 GT-N8000, it charges very slowly (im using the cable with an usb adapter).. on the tablet i have that icon. On the battery options says "not charging".. same thing if i use the cable on the pc..
The problem is the cable or the tablet? I dont have the original cable.. (sorry for my english) please help me. Thanks.

FIRST....Search before posting.
There are many threads solving this problem already.
SECOND....let me answer anyway.
These are the possibilities :
You have a broken cable (most common)
You have a broken connector (2nd most common)
You have a broken charger (3rd most common)
PC won't charge our N8000 (actually it charge but at a very low rate at around 500mA from USB 2 port & 1000mA from USB 3 port).
And because the charging rate is very low + deducted by our N8000 usage rate = it won't charge + even draining the battery.
....and the least common thing to happen is...you Battery is broken
Try using someone else's cable/charger that is proven to be in good condition.
Use battery monitoring apps such as Elixir Widget, Battery Monitor Widget or Android Tuner to get more info about the charging rate.
Hi,
I have new lenovo s650, I ordered it recently, the problem is the device cannot be charged. I could use it until the factory charging held (eg. 40% battery) after then I tried different chargers but no use. - no charger issue.
I tried the battery in another s650, its working...... so not battery issue.
Im asking that replacing lower PCB which has the USB connector could help in this case? or repalcing the motherboard could help only? Where is the battery controller located?
Thanks in advance,
Marton

hello
Thank you I will check it.
Hello,
Guyz can you tell me why i am getting like 30%Battery in 8h of charging?
My Tablet is like 4 years old im using the gnabo Rom with its standart kernel.
But sometimes it charges normaly?
Does anyone have an Idea?
Usual .
Battery on its way out .
USB cable or port faulty .
Charger faulty .
I Did a research. And i turned off my WiFi while charging and it charges normally now!
Through trial and error, I have found a way to speed up charging and use tablet at same time by purchasing a 2 amp charger, new generic Samsung n8000/n8010/n8103 usb long cable, more importantly a pisen for galaxy usb converter. Also, this converter is useful for charging with external battery pack.
All items are available on eBay or Amazon.
Hello Friendsss ... Past one week I have Been facing a issue of " SLOW CHARGING " of my Osprey xt1550
Initially i thought that there might be some issue with the Rom so I flashed the Squid Kernel but the Problem was not solved
Then i changed the Complete Rom and flashed 2 roms during this week but the problem persists
Then I thought may be There is a issue with the charger but i tried 5 charger of same configuration but still Charging very Slowly issue is there .
And May be my fone was accidently dropped in water bucket so this might be the issue :silly::silly:
plz help me guysss:fingers-crossed:
Thnx in Advance
Slow charging is never (well, rarely) a software issue... it is almost always hardware.
1. Charger... get a quality replacement of at least 1A
2. Cable... get a new (or known good) quality cable
3. USB port... The Moto G 2015 series has been known to have USB port issues, luckily it is easy to replace without soldering on this device. YouTube can be your friend here
4. Battery... If the battery is at or near it's life span, it will charge slowly and should be replaced.
I would tackle them in that order.
