hi allz i am new here i come from romania...and my english is bad.... i want to replace status bar from htc explorer with android 4.1.2 Triumph Black Pegasus, to look like 4.4.2 with that switch icon to have 2 status bar menu... anybody know what i need to replace in rom.zip ?? i replaced the framework folder in zip but nothing...

go to your device application data>HTC>Proglauncher>Delete all bmg file>softreset

by deleting the bmg. files i manage to get new icon at quick link BUT some of the icon at quick link still remain unchanged ....... (camera,opera,youtube,htc album,htc message)

hi i m new to this editing themes so plz anybody can guide me to edit
touchwiz launcher for custom Message,Contact, Phone icon..
tried to use singApk, Apktool to edit no luck
launcher has icons in drawable-hdpiv4 folder in res folder i put custom those icons naming ic_launcher_phone.png singed with singApk also Apktool both are giving 'appliction not installed' error.
anybody can help me plzz.....
press long on the icon and then choose custom icon and search for your icone that you need
icon can be changed using desktop visualizer app but
that icon cant be placed on Dock Bar

Hii ... I want to edit my status bar or change it. With another one of the custom rom Omni. Kitkat4.4 customized for s3 ...so I opened the systemUI using apktools and extracted it and opened the layout folder to find sooo many xml files of the. Stats bar ... so I don't know what files to edit or to copy from the other rom to the stock 4.3 which I have and is it right to change in the xml files or there is another codes that I may change ... I want to know how does it works (noting that I. Want to get all those features in the kitkat on 4.3 cause I found. Some issues I'm the. Wifi slow connection and the stock apps are missed and slow battery charging so if there is a way to fix that that would be nice from you ) please ask me if there is u decleared part in my question
Guys, I want to change only status bar fonts (clock,date,battery,carrier label). Can any body tell me which files should I edit to do this? Or which files should I select to install font for only status bar fonts? I have downloaded some .ttf fonts, but where I should put these? I just want to change the status bar fonts, not whole system fonts.
Any root guide or windows tool guide will be tappreciated.
