[Completed] [Q] PRESTIGIO MULTIPAD 7.0 PRIME 3G DUO (PMP7170B) boot loop - XDA Assist

Dear Forum Members,
I have purchased this tablet and I wasn´t able to install bigger apps due to the ROM partiton, so I have decided to extend the ROM partition by using this guide found on google: "[HONGMI/REDMI]How to increase /data partition size " which uses Meteos.apk
and I have bricked my tablet.
I am stuck in boot screen:
when I am applying official FW through CWM I got a messsage Error: Partition table not match.
When I am applying my backup CWM I got a message : Installation aborted.
I was also trying to use adb to use custom rom, however I got a message: Error: Invalid OTA package, missing scatter.
I would like to ask, if there is some way how to unbrick it?
I would trully appreciate any advice

Hi
Likely you need to flash the stock firmware again for your device. I can't find anything relevant on XDA for that though. So you can ask for help here,
> Android Development and Hacking > Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting
Though it may be best to try the manufacturer website for firmware and flashing instructions.
Good luck!

Thanks for the reply.
I have found the stock FW, but it gives an error message : Invalid OTA package. missing scatter
Maybe a new scatter would help, but I have no idea how to get one, because this is kind of rare tablet.

Exactly. So finding help here will be difficult likely. But post where I suggested and perhaps you'll get some answers.
Or again, try manufacturer site for help.

[Completed] Need Help to Flash Android on S8500 phone

Hi Team,
Reaching out to the experts to kindly help me in pointing to the right thread for solving my issue. I am quite new to trying to installations using multiloader and understanding the overall technical stuff around(2 long days old). I have a Samsung wave GT-S8500 cell phone on which I am trying to get Badadroid 4.4 loaded. I carefully researched n checked this forum to get the steps and pretty much followed them. I could flash FOTA and boot files successfully, however CWM recovery keeps on giving this error(can't open E:/cache/recovery/last_log) and simply doesn't respond to any option I select. I formatted the SD card, got the phone to reset to factory settings and done pretty much as much as I could from You tube videos. But failing to get Android installed. I wouldn't mind cleaning the cell phone again and start afresh but need some guidance on the same. Your quick help will really help me get over this huge challenge. Do kindly let me know if I need to provide more info.Thank you.
Regards,
Manupreey
Hi there,
I'm sorry, but XDA Assist is not a help desk, only to provide basic help to those who have tried searching but can't find what they are looking for and need assistance.
On the subject, I give you few links of threads where you can read and/or ask about you error:
Read about here [HOW TO] Install any custom BadaDroid Rom to S8500... or here [HOW TO] Flash BADA 2.0 on your Wave 1 (S-8500)
Post here your thread : Bada Software and Hacking General
Good luck

[Completed] Need Tool to Dumb and reflash Firmware

Hello All,
I have a HP Envy M6 notebook, that the wrong Firmware was flashed onto its Touchpad. Now it does not work. The firmware for this "Synaptics TM2054" is not available (I have contacted both HP and Synaptics).
However, I have access to an identical HP M6 notebook, and I was hoping if someone can help with a tool that can Dump the Touchpad Firmware and ReFlash it?
There is a Synaptics Flashing tool and a Firmware Image File included in the attachment sp65951.rar encapsulated within the sp65951.exe file. Alas, the SynReflash64.exe can only Flash but not Dump and the image file included "PR1522164-tm2251-001_v1.5.img" is for (Synaptics TM2251) a different TouchPad.
However, the Firmware for the TM2054 is included within a Firmware Flashing tool SynapticsReflash.exe (which failed to execute on my Notebook) encapsulated in the SP59628.exe attached.
I really hope some one can help with this problem.
TIA, Simple.

[Completed] Help with brom error 4032

hi everyone, i have an Alps gt-i9500 Samsung Galaxy s4 clone with MTK 6572 hardware, which is as of the moment unusable. i was trying to replace its stock rom with a custom rom because it had plenty of problems and it was slow, so i researched plenty of tutorials on how to do so, i came across SP Flash tools and followed the steps the tutorials gave, but i didn't have any luck. i had the not enough storage error which made me format my phone using sp flash tools which emphasized that i should choose the "format whole flash except bootloader" option but still faced the same problem, so i tried the other option, the "format whole flash" so now i am in trouble and couldn't get my phone to work. SP Flash Tools is giving me a BROM ERROR: S_FT_ENABLE_DRAM_FAILED (4032). i searched for possible solutions to the error but all their methods didn't work out for my phone. a blogger even suggested that i might have formatted the EMMC of my phone when i chose the latter option in SP flash tools, i don't know what to do.
Can i please ask for the help of anyone who had encountered the same problem? or someone who knows how to recover it? thank you so much in advance.
PS: i wasn't able to back up using mtk droid tools but i was able to do so in the stock recovery. i also had downloaded backup stock roms from other users who had the same phone. thank you again.
Hi,
I can't find any useful info for your device. You will need to ask here for help,
> Android Development and Hacking > Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting
And know that any files related to the Samsung device could lead to bricking your device. They are for Samsung devices, not the clones. Completely different hardware. Nothing made for Samsung will work for you.
Good luck!

[Completed] How to request files

Hi, i bricked my Xcover 2 gt-s7710l by flashing some random modem for S3 mini, now i debricked it by flashing gt-s7710 full service rom and doing nand erase all option in odin, but the gt-s7710 and gt-s7710l aren't quite similar, so i have a problem with internal storage now (it shows 0.00 mb and i 'm stuck in factory mode), so what i want is someone with a healthy S7710L to make a full back up with efs professional (you don't have to back-up your /efs or /system or /data or anything included inside stock roms like modems, just the partitions that make the phone work and that are not included in normal roms), and upload it to a safe place where i could download it (preferrably to google drive). I will give 10 usd to the person able to give me the files to make my phone work again or to give me a solution to my problem, so yeah, my question would be, where is the right place to post that kind of request on this forum, since there is no official Xcover 2 subforum?
Hi,
I can find nothing relevant on XDA for your device and issue, so asking here would be best...
> Android Development and Hacking > Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting
I would suggest trying sammobile website for your exact firmware and flashing with Odin. If it's not there, hopefully someone can help when you post in the section above.
Good luck!
Thank you. Thread closed.
