If you can't flash any images, its either cables, ports, drivers, PC software or fried NAND.
You've tried cables and ports. Try uninstalling drivers and install from scratch using my adb and fastboot thread (see sticky roll-up in general)
Also ensure you've no android software or AV running on your pc

Usually people who flash the wrong TWRP are able to use Buster's recovery method. Did you try that already?

not helping
anything else?
seems the device doesn't recognize it's own hard drive.* It says that it is out of memory. And shows 4 MB free out of 128 Mb total.
Switching sims doesn't help.* All factory resets don't help.
see pics.
please help.
Flash stock firmware again. If it's the same, it could be hardware. But flashing stock will likely straighten it out.
what does flashing stock mean? tha factory restore option?
Can you please explain. ?

I'm really curious what file you flashed to which partition, its awkward that you can't exactly remember what you did to make the phone beeing like this.
Just by the way: is your bootloader still unlocked?

This most likely happened due to an incompatible flash or incomplete one.
Now try the clear all option and format your phone completely before flashing MIUI again.
Also what OS were you running when this happened?

Before flashing i was using v10.3.7.0 (which was flashed by service center engineers using EDL mode.) And the Flashtool version was 2018.5.28.0.

1. Now download the flashboot ROM u want
2.Now select the flash all including storage option
3. Try flashing it now
It should be successful as this will wipe out the existing OS and install a new one
Also u will lose your data so I hope u had a backup..
If anyone on 10.3.9 & facing bugs & want to downgrade then unlock bootloader & then download minimal adb toolkit extract it & copy the extracted fastboot rom files into minimal adb folder & then put your phone into fastboot mode & then run clear all & install.bat inside the extracted folder & wait for it to finish & you will be able to downgrade because you wont be able to downgrade with mi flash, its a tested process by me as i bricked my bootloader unlocked phone which was only going to fastboot mode, i recovered by this process.

with access to fastboot mode you might be able to reinstall default rom if you have the bootloader unlocked
you can try the "tinyflashscript" way and use that to overwrite all partitions with a stock image found here
RET stands for Retail and than the region code follows, just download the latest one for your region
after that your partitions are reset to the start
I have managed to recover from a previous softbrick this way
