hello , i have a problem with my samsung galaxy note 10.1 , it crashed in the morning then i pushed the power button and not properly switched the device off.. ... then when i got back home , i opened it and put it in charge and there where the ( x ) button on the charger icon that comes up when i connect the device to the computer... i tried to unplug and plug and tried it on other electrecity ports , sometimes it works , most of time doesnt , the x mark even disappears and appears as if i unplug the charger when iam not .... the thing is , the device charge when it is powered off !! only when i switch on the device and plug the charger , it keeps getting me the ( x )mark on the charger icon .. something with the software?? please help

its the CABLE OR CHARGER NOT THE Device. This has happened to me a few times on my NOTE 2 Phone. and once on the tablet.

when docked , if i turn it off by clicking ok it will often shutdown and boot up again . When you press the power button , hey presto , home screen is there . Occassionally getting a gmail notification when I thought it was asleep .
Even did a forced shutdown only to find it woke up again .
Doesn't happen undocked .... bugger
Its probably doing that because it thinks its being charged by AC power. If turned off and undocked, if you plug your TF into AC power, it will turn itself on. Try doing a factory reset. If that doesn't fix it, you may need to consider returning it if you are still within your store return date. And if you go that route, i would exchange both the TF and the dock because its difficult to say which one is the culprit.

Hello, my Idol 3 4,7" doesn't boot anymore. If I connect it to the charger the white LED flashs and after I disconnect it, it blinks. Before this problem occured I tried to charge it over the night -> it didn't charged.
What I tried to turn it on again:
- Hold all buttons for 15-30 sec
- Connect it to my PC (it don't even recognize the phone in the device manager)
Do I have to send it back to Alcatel?

I Have a GT-N8000 today i worked with it some
and locked the screen.
after ye while when in press the power button the screen does not turn on
i Plugged-In the charger but no battery icon or Plug-In sound
i connected the tablet to a pc but no statement from pc for a usb device
i am very sad pls help me((((
Could be a dead battery or power button stuck .

Well if you say no then it could be the USB port fried or the mainboard .
PC - usb i presume you have swapped the usb cable and have installed Samsung drivers .
But when i plug in the charger after a while the device will be hot:|

hi pls help me. i just flashed my samsung tab 2 gt-p3110 cannot enter recovery/download mode cannot do the combination buttons due to my buttons are not functioning, whenever i try to press POWER ON + VOL BUTTONS it only shows up battery icon and it stuck in there. it is not charging and turning on.. my computer cannot recognize it though it does have a sound like plugging and unplugging my cord to the computer. pLS help ...

i already did.. but it only shows the battery icon.. it doesnt show the samsung logo. when the battery icon shows it stucks in there it will be gone for about a minute. then when i press a button again same things happen

no , when i tried to connect ,y tab again to my computer it says that no OMAP 4430 installed .. luckily i have installed the OMAP 4430 to my pc.. but then i dont know what to do next..
