I bought terraria a few months ago for the zoom and all was well until recently. I hadn't played for a while but when it updated the game now all the colour/GFX are messed up.
I have tried uninstalling the game then reinstalling not change. Now I donno want to do.
Can any one help?
Also is this happening because the OS is only 4.1..2. which as far as I know is the last update for the zoom. But not the latest Android OS. Could this have something to do with it.
Any help any one can give....

Basically this app has been out for a while now, but there is still no compatablility with the TF700.
First, why? If it works on the Prime and Nexus 7, why not on this? Is it because of its high res screen? If so can you use it on other tablets with 1920 x 1200 resolution?
Second, is there a way to get it to work on it? I heard titanium backup method works, but i haven't been able to do it. I will NOT be using the chainfire 3D method since that bricked my device . If someone has gotten it to work on the TF700, how well does it play? I thought i saw someone say there was graphical issues, but have not since been able to find said comment

After playing with Titanium backup i got it working... sort of.
What's with all the graphical issues? And why does it only work when you play the stage that starts off in black and white?
Are there any fixes? Because even though it does say it's incompatible, why isn't it? What is it about the infinity that means it doesn't work?

It doesn't seem like many other Infinity users seem to care about this problem, but I for one am very dissappointed that it won't run on my device, partly because I already bought it..
Oddly, a month ago when it first came out, it was listed in the play store as compatible with the TF700, but for whatever reason after I uninstalled it I am now unable to download it again.. Very strange, and frankly frusterating as well. I imagine it does have something to do with the screen, however. Hopefully it will become optimized for high resolution screens soon, especially with the release of the Nexus 10.
I've always used Tiger GBA (as well as the other Tiger emulators) since I got my first android phone like 5yrs ago, and I've never had a problem with it.
I've used it on this phone as well and until recently it worked fine. I had to reset my entire phone a couple weeks ago and so obviously I had to reinstall all my apps, and for some reason Tiger GBA has started having an issue saying that there is no BIOS. I did what it said and put the BIOS file in mnt/sdcard/roms/gba using an app I found that install the BIOS for any emulator. But Tiger GBA is still saying there is no BIOS and so it wont run. So I was hoping someone can help me figure this out. I previously posted a question about this awhile ago but never got any replies, so hopefully this time someone can help me cause Tiger GBA is handsdown the best emulator on Android IMO.
Never had a problem on android I couldn't fix on my own but the solution to this particular issue seems to elude me. So any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm a recent Iphone convert, but i started out with Android. I got board with iphone, as they weren't doing anything interested, but i was still reluctant to get an android again. The last one i had lasted 6 months before it started running like rubbish, regardless of reflashing. This was back in the days of Android 2.3.
One of the things i loved was the amount of things you could do with a rooted phone. I've recently come back, got a galxy s5, and rooted it within a couple of weeks. There's still plenty of apps, but the two i really wanted are now gone. There's no add blocking apps, or apps to change the app stores region (maybe i'm wrong, but i cant find them). Would love for some suggestions.

you can still block ads, you just have to use google search to find the apps or methods. ad blockers were banned from the play store some time ago.

Hello all,
I am new here as I have stayed faaaaar away from androids for many years (flips and windows). I tried to do a search on the boards but, unfortunately, my phone keeps freezing up and this is my only out to the web ATM. Anyways ever since my device prompted for me to download the newest update I wearily decided to go ahead. Ever since then my phone gets stuck on the lock screen, lags ridiculously, and refuses to send a message via text...not to mention random freezes. Is there anyone else having this problem. I know its new, but is this a yet known issue with this phone? I hate to factory reset it again if it is not going to fix anything?

Not yet what little I have been able to read around the web, before it locks up again, was it wasn't helping. So I wanted to ask before I wasted my time and it has to wait for my 12 hour shift. Just lack of communication from my site really stinks and may put some things behind.
Only problem I had with the update was serious battery drain from Android OS and System way higher than normal.
Thank you for backing up my reasons for never updating phones, computers, tablets, electronics in general, until I actually need to!

Generally you 'need to' update things when a new version is released because there are usually security enhancements that can be exploited with older firmware.
Hey guys, i really need your help. Hope this is the right subforum, but I thought with needed help / a question, I'm pretty ok in here.
So whats the problem... It might sound pretty easy just from the title, it actually isnt..
So what exactly I want access too?
I think you guys all know Pokemon GO... I'm from germany, so I had do take the APK. The problem about this was, my phone is a Galaxy S3, so Android 4.3 cap.
Long story short, i rooted it and flashed cyanogenmod on it, so i have 4.4.4, even changed the Kernel so it can run smooth.
And it did worked out. So the last days i was playing Pokemon go all day long and was having fun.
Now the problem:
Today, Pokemon GO came out to the Android App Store, and I want access to the regular download with updated coming in frequently, without installing every update manually (ok to be honest, I think all this took me much more time then I ever would need to download and install all future updates of this game, but I am pretty lazy)..
The App Store just tells me I dont have access to it with my device.. So I googled again for hours..
I used Market Helper and hoped I get access.. nope.. I changed the build.prop so my phone now "is a galaxy s5".. doesnt work either.. and yes, i deteled cache and files frequently, restarted the phone..
So right now I'm desperate and have no idea how to fix this problem. I hoped someone in here has had the same problem or knows how to fix it..

Having exacty the same problem. Even tried market helper. Btw, I am running the s3 with the newest cyanogen nightly (1 week old) and Android 6.0.1.
Maybe the playstore checks for stuff like available ram, and that is the reason why it is not working. Our phone only has <1GB and the game wants phones with >2GB as far as I know.
