Yeah so recently i Flashed a custom ROM [ROM][5.0][Lollipop][Official] NamelessROM 2.0 [ALPHA] [20141117] but i don't know to transfer the apps from internal memory to SD card and also there is no transfer to SD card option given in the storage options of the apps. Can anyone please help me on that?

My Galaxy Mega 6.3 GT-19200 with v.4.2.2 having low internal memory card makes me very limited to use good games as you know its by default installed on the phone memory not the external memory as also DON'T have the move on SD card option on my phone
My Question is
... can i root safely and by that move my apps and large games to SD card and do you have any other suggestions ??

I have samsung galaxy s3 (I9300). I don't have external SD Card in my phone. I have already rooted my phone and installed custom recovery CWM. I have gone through the steps of flashing Archi Droid ROM but it says to copy the files to root folder of SD card. As I don't have SD Card , is there any way to flash the ROM without SD Card ? I have a Samsung Galaxy J5 running android 6.0.1. build number MMB29M.J500YXXU1BQG1 . However this only has 8GB and I am struggling with space to install even the essential apps. How can I make the SD card as an internal storage so i can install apps on it? I don't find a built in option to choose the SD card as an internal . The only option is to use it as an external storage. Can someone help me on this .
Will rooting solve my problem ? If so what software is recommended for rooting?
