Hi
Have a quick question to ask and would really appreciate a good answer to it..
My Galaxy Mega 6.3 GT-19200 with v.4.2.2 having low internal memory card makes me very limited to use good games as you know its by default installed on the phone memory not the external memory as also DON'T have the move on SD card option on my phone
My Question is
... can i root safely and by that move my apps and large games to SD card and do you have any other suggestions ??
details would be much appreciated THANK YOU

By SD card, do you mean the same internal SD card or an External one?
If you mean the internal SD card then go to settings --> Apps --> (tap desired app and you should find a button that says: move to SD card)
If you mean the External SD card, this is somewhat advanced...you need your phone to be rooted to be able to do that, and the Duos S7562 can be rooted.

Yeah so recently i Flashed a custom ROM [ROM][5.0][Lollipop][Official] NamelessROM 2.0 [ALPHA] [20141117] but i don't know to transfer the apps from internal memory to SD card and also there is no transfer to SD card option given in the storage options of the apps. Can anyone please help me on that?
Hi,
You will need to ask for help in the thread you downloaded the rom from. ?
Good luck!
Hi Guys,
I have a Samsung Mega Galaxy i9152. The phones internal storage shows me 399 mb remaining while my SD card has a free space of 14 GB. Is there a way, i can point all apps to download directly to the SD card. I can't clear my internal storage becasue it actually has nothing other than ROM & some few apps. I have tried Link2sd and moved apps to the SD card but not all apps get moved and only 40% of the file gets moved to the SD card. This really is bothering as anytime i need to install something, i need to uninstall something.
Any tips for me?
Hi,
Thanks for using XDA Assist Well except Apps2SD there is no other way you can push to external SD and messing with partitions wont be good idea and can Hard brick phone hence you have to adjust with it
Good Luck!

Sorry but low storage issue can have many different reasons depending on the partition which is affected, and on the device.
So best is to ask in the Desire 816 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting forum.
May be too many system apps (remove unneeded system apps or convert some system apps to user apps), may be too many user apps (remove some apps), may be too many user data/files (move some files to external sd card), etc.
Some users try to "enlarge" the partitions which were too small by re-partitioning the whole internal sd card, but this is a very risky procedure IMO.
Some users try to move apps, app data and other files to the external sd card.
Some users try to ... swap internal and external sd cards. But this is clearly device related.
So please ask in your device's specific help forum that I linked above.
Good luck !
