Ive had the screen and buttons changed however this is not the problem .
It is something to do with the software becuase when the volume is turned up by the screen it goes down .. Even when the case is taken off it goes down .
Ive tryed hard reseting the phone but it still did not work...
Any way i can fix this ??? Thanks

Today i try to open Engineering mode on My KS20
and doing several test from LCD test to speaker test
and finally i try LED test
suddenly my screen blank...
but when i pressed the call button it lights up... it means that my KS20 is not totally bricked,
I try to soft reset the phone by turn it of by pressing down the power button and when i heard the warning sound i tapped on the screen.. the screen still blank but im sure that it response to my tap and the phone is turned off.
When i turn on the phon, the LG logo is showed, but after it the screen keep blank
I try to hard reset the phone, but i dont know its work or not because my screeen is off...
Can anyone help me?

Hey guys, I've had my HTC Desire S for about a month now,
Today I was using it, and the volume kept turning itself up. I turned it back down, and a few seconds later, back up to nothing. Repeated that a few times, and it kept happening.
I played with the volume buttons and they don't feel jammed at all, the vol. up button is clicking fine, doesn't feel stuck or anything. And if that wasn't bad enough, I tried turning my phone off and on, but when turning it on, it still thinks it's held down so it will only boot into recovery mode. so, as a result my phone wont boot up at all....!!!
Is there any solution for this?? can i disable the Volume rocker??? plz help me out guys..........(i have already rooted my phone so warranty is void!!)

not sure about the volume rocker but it is possible to unroot & change to s-on for warranty purposes(not sure about the recovery though)
I put my phone inside a box.
That pretty much disabled the volume rocker.
All of the sudden today my htc with cm9 stoped turning on with the boot button, the only way of turning it on was taking out then putting in the battery, does anyone else have the same problem? and i know the boot button is working, because it worked in the morning
i think i broke my button somehow, but it was working just fine... and forsome reason my phone knows that the only way to turn on my phone is when i put in the battery... it just turns on byitself i need help :S

new edit: i think i jammed it because, in the bootloader when it askes me to use the power button, it would go by itself, how do you unjam it..? i can still press on it and feel that im pushing it.. but when im on my phone it doesnt randomly turn off so it cant really be jamed...

I have a Lenovo a850 . Okey, the problem with it is that whenever the phone screen turns off it wont turn back on except if I remove the battery . when the screen is turned off I could still call it and the phone still rings so its not shutting down on its own . its just that the screen wont turn on . I cant turn the phone screen on by just pressing the power button, I have to remove the batteries . can anyone help me with this ? its a software problem I think its impossible for a hardware problem because the screen and the button works fine. btw, the phone is rooted, running jelly bean android, and I have tried hard reset it.
Hi, I am facing with a very weird issue. If I locked phone by pressing power button or waiting until time out, the phone can not be unlocked. The phone it self not freezen. If I turn on music, it plays even after screen is locked, I can volune down and up. But the screen is not back on. I have to hold power button to force phone restart. The phone is working fine until screen is off. No application is installed and I have tried to do factory reset. Also, I have tried to enter in safe mode and nothing helps, the result is the same. Maybe somebody had same issue and fixed it. Or could direct me on the right path where should I look. Thanks in advance.
