Today i try to open Engineering mode on My KS20
and doing several test from LCD test to speaker test
and finally i try LED test
suddenly my screen blank...
but when i pressed the call button it lights up... it means that my KS20 is not totally bricked,
I try to soft reset the phone by turn it of by pressing down the power button and when i heard the warning sound i tapped on the screen.. the screen still blank but im sure that it response to my tap and the phone is turned off.
When i turn on the phon, the LG logo is showed, but after it the screen keep blank
I try to hard reset the phone, but i dont know its work or not because my screeen is off...
Can anyone help me?

did you solve your problem? i have the same issue too.

Hey guys, I started experiencing this weird problem yesterday. Basically, when the phone is turned on from sleep mode, whether I pushed the button to turn it back on, I get a phone call or text message, whatever...it doesn't show an image on the screen. I can see the screen itself light up (backlight or whatnot), but nothing else. Just a blank, black screen. It happens randomly. I've found that if I hold down the enter key on the d-pad, and turn the phone on, it works fine again.
Any clues, suggestions, advice?

You may want to try a program such as S2U2 and see if your phone will wake correctly.
i pushed the power button to sleep my htc touch 3g now i pushed it again to turn it back on and it won't ,the manual buttons light up and when turning up the volume the sound works i even recieve calls but the screen doesn turn on,i tried soft n hard reset but nothin works ,plz can someone help
Hi guys,
When I make a phone call, the display/screen turns off in a flash and i am unable to bring it back. I press all the buttons home,back,power key but only the button light glows but there is no response in the screen. Only if the call is ended by the opposite end i am able to get back to the phone.
Note : I had just replaced my touch screen glass yesterday ( Not the LCD ). Does this have something to do with this issue ? Or if there is any other solution please clarify my problem immediately.
Ive had the screen and buttons changed however this is not the problem .
It is something to do with the software becuase when the volume is turned up by the screen it goes down .. Even when the case is taken off it goes down .
Ive tryed hard reseting the phone but it still did not work...

Hey everybody. I was looking the old threads, trying to find a solution to my problem but i didn't find anything.
I believe my power button is stuck!
The Moto G keeps turning on, and on, and on, and always takes the same time to turn itself off.
The screen keeps turning on, and then it freezes on the Motorola white screen, and then vibrates and turn itself off after 4 secs.
The same happens on recovery, after 4secs it turn itself off and then turn on again in the white screen.
When the problem started i thought it was a kind of soft brick then i've did everything i could to try to fix it reinstaling some software, then I noticed the time to turn it of/restart was equal on the normal boot or in the recovery. I realized that I could open the cellphone and when I connect the battery without pressing the power button he keeps ON when i'm in the recovery, then I flashed a ROM to make sure it wasnt a softbrick and now i'm concerned that somehow my power button is stuck.
Does anyone know what can I do to fix it? :/
