Thanks to Aeonia tutorial I made the CWM recovery for the celkon a118 mt6589 phone.
ROOT REQUIRED
Steps -
1. Download the .img file attached and place it on the root of your ext. SD card. That is directly in SD card, not in any folder.
2. Download Mobileuncle tools app from play store
3. you will have to grant root permission to the app.
4. On main screen choose Recovery Update.
5.You will find the recovery image that you have download on top. Tap on it.
6. Flash Recovery.
7. Reboot in Recovery.
Done

Procedure I have followed
1) downloaded custom ROM
2) rooted with king root
3) debugging on
4) moved zip file to SD card
5) rebooted in recovery mode
6) wipe data factory/cache partition
7) install from SD card
But its it says installing aborted what to do pls tell me what to do

Hello, and welcome to XDA!
The procedure looks about right, except I don't see a step for installation of a custom recovery (which is an important step). By the way - where did you get the ROM? If it required filling out surveys to download, I wouldn't trust that as a ROM.
At any rate, please register for an account, so you can post in other forums. Then, explain your predicament in the following thread:

From some thread dedicated to your device here is the steps to flash recovery, after you already downloaded desired recovery to you SD Card:
Step 1: Download rashr from play store.
Step 2: Install it and open.
Step 3: Select recovery from sd card.
Step 4: Choose the recovery.img and flash it.
Step 5: Reboot and enjoy!!!

I have a problem when i open command prompt and type (fastboot device) command my system command prompt says (waiting for device) i attached data cable correctly and open developer opinion OEM Unlocking USB Dubbing and install ADB Also What's will i do to root my micromax q427 plus
Can't find any rom for this device...Plz sir can u make rom for it...
I tried porting some rom for this device but i failed...
