please i need ur help !!! i cant seem to find a tab 2 rom that has arabic display , and also since hotfile has been shut down i cant seem to find any working link . please need all the possible help i can get .
so please can someone help ??

A quick Google search shows several Arabic ROMs available for the Gal Tab 2 10.1",if that's what you have in mind.

Hey Boudy
Just use Google, you should be able to find some. If you can't you can also flash a non arabic ROM to the Galaxy Tab, if you just want to revert it back to stock. I have a German Galaxy Tab 2 7" and i have flashed a french firmware multiple times without a problem. But if it has to be the Arabic one, you can look over at Sammobile. You have to create an acoount there but it's pretty simple.

All custom roms have Arabic support, Only some stock roms for non-Arabic zones don't have Arabic in Samsung keyboard, You can download Google keyboard and have arabic or download a stock rom for an Arabic region like United Arab Emirates or Egypt from sammobile.

I have a gt s7500T (Telstra)
and i need to find out if i can install jellybean roms for the GT s7500
now i did so searching and all i need to do is replace the boot.img but apparently that only works with gingerbread roms
so please someone help!!!

would have to check what kernel version is that version 2.3 and see if it is compatible with 4.0 +, I am not an expert but it's the only thing I can think of reviewing. I found reading the comment of @spaedi the end of the page "http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2175317" hopefully help you in something.

i think it is difficult to find i also have never tried to see whether it is there or not
try a custom rom which has the language

Try settings-->input & languages-->language on your phone first.
