The recovery in this thread is for KK and won't work with Lollipop. In either case you will need to have a rooted rom and have USB debugging enabled which is why you are stuck at waiting for device

I have a rooted phone and USB Debugging on. Yet, It doesn't work.

To put the stock rom back on lenovo device, it must be powered off. (if it has a removable battery it must be removed).
preinstal the drivers into pc/laptop.
open device manager
plug in lenovo.
if device manager says 'mediatek,,,,' you are a winner & can use the sp flash tool included in the zipped rom to instal the rom.
if device manager says 'unknown device' you have 2 seconds to click on it & select update driver and a point to the downloaded lenovo driver (then it will be as above).
When you get green circle you are complete and may disconnect and put battery back in.

LG G3 D855 32 GB won't turn on after flasing stock rom

Hi
I had the standard kitkat factory rom installed in my g3.I rooted the phone installed the twrp recovery, everything worked fine. Then I downloaded the stock lollipop rom for lg g3 d855 and flashed it through the TWRP recovery. During installation it formated the previous system. I rebooted the phone and from that moment it is not turning on. In removed the battery several times, tried to charge it , it shows no response. When I connect it with a computer then a com port is added in the device manager which shows phone is showing some response.
kindly help me regarding this issue.
Thank You

Did you do a full wipe before you flashed? Can you access TWRP? Can you access Download Mode? Please provide more info. Although I know nothing about unbricking devices, maybe someone with the right experience can help you, but you should give as much info and details as possible.
If you can still access in TWRP you can flash a custom ROM

Well I did not wipe before installing new firmware through TWRP
Now phone is hard bricked,
It can't go to twrp, no recovery, no dowload or fastboot mode, Phone won't turn on and is recognized as LGE AndroidNet USB Serial Port in my laptop.

As I said earlier, I have no experience with unbricking. However, what is your PC operating system (maybe windows 10 do problems?), do your device appear as qualcomm 9008 in the device manager?

Necessary Stuff:
Riff BOX JTAG drivers + Driver Signature Enforcement Overrider / Mirror
Motorola Drivers (link okay)
New Blankflash files / Mirror (thanks again, ilikered)
Motorola Fastboot / Mirror
Flash5.1.bat.zip / Mirror - Updated 09/06/2016

Procedure
If your Moto G is recognized as "Qualcomm HS-USB QLoader 9008" jump to step 11.
Extract Riff BOX drivers into a folder (you will find both 32bit and 64bit versions).
Open dseo13b.exe and choose "Sign a System File"
Follow the program instructions and write manually the path of qcusbser.sys
The program will ask a reboot.
While starting reboot press F8 until you get some voices, then choice "Disable Driver Signature Enforcement" (otherwise try some tricks from here
Click Windows Start button and write "devmgmt.msc" without quotes
From Device Manager window go on "qhsusb_bulk" (if not shown unplug and plug again your Moto G or long press the power button)
Choose "Update Driver Software"
Choose the manually way and put the path of your previously extracted and signed drivers.

Extract the blankflash zip into the Desktop
Enter into the blankflash folder and double click on the bat file

Extract the rom downloaded previously into a folder that you will protect as your life
Put the Flash5.1 bat file (Included into the Flash5.1 Zip downloaded) and mfastboot files into Rom Folder
(Optional) Replace logo.bin into Rom Folder within the one on Bootlogo.zip
After 2 hours try a reboot (cmd -> mfastboot reboot) and check if it's okay, the battery; otherwise wait another hour.
When your phone shows battery as "okay", you can continue
Go into rom folder
Double click on flash5.1.bat
Press enter when phone complete the reboot on bootloader mode
Wait while cmd do the tasks!
Press enter (again) when asked
Choose it with volume up "normal boot"
Enjoy your Moto G 2013 Back to life!
In case your phone doesn't go on bootloader mode or do weird things:
By @hakneo :
If anyone is not able to connect as Moto Mfastboot mode driver and your battery is not charging through USB as told in guide, this may help.
1. Start up the device manager. Uninstall any UNKNOWN Moto devices.
2. Remove the device cable and Uninstall Motorola Driver software.
3. Restart the PC in normal mode and reinstall the Moto Driver suite.
4. Hold the down volume and connect the cable. Now Windows should install it and your phone will start charging.
Go ahead with the flash.
Note: If you get a bootloop, go back into bootloader mode with phone connected at pc and use again the bat file
Every thanks is appreciated, if this procedure helped you
Thanks for making the guide!! Great job!!

Try installing the google USB drivers. They are normally installed with the android SDK. Maybe they can help you detect the phone or you can try to manually update the driver.

as i mentioned above sir , the phone is recognized when it is ON but the problem occurs when i go to download mode . i think it is not concerned with the drivers
Have a look at this soft-brick help guide. If your phone is not even able to enter the Recovery Mode, you may have a case of NAND rw corruption and recovery may not even be possible (you may have to look at hard unbrick scenarios).
Having said that, these are a few things I might have still tried if I were you:
1. If you have access to a Linux PC or a bootable Ubuntu drive, start it and see whether it recognizes your phone using the lsusb command. It will help you to rule out any driver issues.
2. Try to drain the battery (by keeping a long time in that welcome screen) and then do a fresh recharge and then try again.

LG L90 (d405n) wont turn on (black screen). Help please.

Hi,
I tried to unlock bootloader. Rooted phone using King Root successfully. Opened bootloader using inside terminal and installing proper aboot. Then without restart i also flashed proper TWRP usning Twrp manager and after clicking reboot bang... black screen and nothing happens. Phone wont act on power button , keys combinations etc. When i connect it using usb i see partition with 2 folders (version and images). I tried some methods like using LG Flash Tool 2014 but it stucks on 4% and wont go ahead no matter what i do (recconecting ,removing battery etc). I would be VERY thankful if someone can provide me step by step solution or just do it via Teamviewer. If someone would like to help using TV method please contact me via skype (siuted.max - ID) and i ll provide TV ID.
Regards
Mat.
I really need that help guys I am even willing to pay for someone who is able to fix it.

I see nothing on the screen. No matter what i push (any combination) nothing appears. After connecting phone there is no sound. PC recognizes it as Android device. Thats all. No fastboot as well.
